Was at the main centre of Riyadh for my work travel

Aside from the room that was clean my view in the window was absolutely great which you can have a free sight-seeing of King Faisalaliyah Tower and the King Fahad Plaza. I was able to observe the scenery from day and night time.

I craved for pizza and kebab that time and ordered it from the Hunger station online app. When the order arrived, the delivery boy stay outside the hotel and not allowed to deliver it in my room cause no bellboy available. I don't want to go down cause I'm alone in my room but I have no choice, so I go and get my order. But, the rest of my stay was good.

Great stay as usual. Extremely courteous and helpful staff.

Front Disk team ,Nouf & Mohd were very supportive and kind with us ,I got an upgrade and late check out ,

That was not the first time I stay at the Holiday Inn and I always recommend this hotel to my colleagues and friends. But this trip was very disappointing. The cleaning part of the trip was very very poor. The room was disgusting and the shower was not working well.

It was not clean and the water in the shower was always hot no cold water.

1. I woke up at 9 AM on construction works on a Friday! 2. They assigned a smoking room and they didn't have another option. Twin beds even though I asked for a single bed (queen/king)
