Great ocean view from appartment 71, very nice pool in front of our house seemed like a private one.

Our house was located very close to the bars and caffes, very loud until late night and in the morning due to the trucks delivering goods for the shop nearby.

Great 2 bedroom apartment. Beautiful sea views. There were 5 of us and it was very comfortable. Kitchen fully equipped , even had a washing machine which was a bonus with 3 kids . WiFi very good. Great location. Beach was only a couple of mins walk from the apartments with good choice of restaurants within walking distance. Also great market a couple of minutes away .

Too loud. The walls were too thin and our neighbors were loud 1am. It also was warm with no ac or fan.

The atmosphere were really chill. We enjoyed the stay there. Everything was nearby (shops,restaurants, pubs etc).Definitely will go back.

Great location with plenty of options nearby. The parking lot makes it pretty simple to drop-off the suitcases nearby.

Would have been better to have a double-bed, rather than two single beds.

We booked the studio apt, however, it had no view, the other room had a terrace which was like 1m away from us. We went to the reception and asked for an upgrade, they changed the apts for an additional 20 eur per night. The apt we received afterwards was amazing! Therefore would like to encourage anyone to book apts with sea view!

The hosts were very helpful calling and sending WhatsApp messages to ensure we had keys despite very late arrival, and when we locked ourselves out minutes later enjoying the roof view the out of hours support was a life saver!

The pool life guard (male, bleached blonde hair) made our time at the pool with our young children tense and seemed to want to ruin our enjoyment. He watched us like a hawk and repeatedly came to tell us the regulations. He expected us to be within an arm length of our children at all times, not permitting them to step away from the pool or loungers without us jumping and running after them. It was over the top. We are attentive, responsible parents but our children are independent and cannot, should not be made to feel they cannot have fun on their holiday.

Very organized reception staff. Always in touch with us to make sure we have our keys. It was very smooth and easy to find keys in locked box. Our flight has been cancelled so we had to find alternative flights to get there. Anna, Anita and Susana (sorry if I spelled it wrong) were amazing. They were comunicating with me on daily basis, always answered phone and made sure we have what we needed. They sorted out everything with booking.com even though they did not have to as our rate was not cancellable or refundable (no changes could be done). I really appretiate it as it was very stressfull situation for us with flights being cancelled. So I would like to say THANK YOU once again 😊❤ Our all 3 rooms were very clean and very nice. Housekeeping team does really good job. Well done to them 👏 The only thing I would probably change is supply of pans etc (it was 6 of us and we cooked in one room so bigger pans would be good but I guess you usually have couples staying in studio rooms and families are usually in bigger appartments). Knifes were not very sharp so it was difficult to cut with them (but we managed 😅). Pool water was very cold but we spoke with Sebastian (lifeguard) and he reassure us it will be fixed soon so it will be okay for future guests (we didn't mind too much but it would be better if water was warmer. It did get better in few days) Sebastian was so nice and friendly. We had very nice chats with him. Its nice to see that even lifeguard is connected with guests. So well done Bahia Calma team. You are doing great job. Thank you
