the hotel is easy to get to and has plenty of parking spaces. the bed was comfortable

kind of a business hotel. the common areas were cold, the reception desk unmanned, I had to wait 10 minutes before checking in late at night. the heating was noisy. the shower head covered in limescale, spraying everywhere but downwards

Breakfast was good, room was clean.

Smell in the hallway was ugly, gym is a disaster, beds are uncomfortable, size of the tv is as some regular computer monitor. Whole picture together of the hotel for the price i payed was not good.

The room was beautiful but we’ve found a lot of dust on the furniture.

design but not practicle at all. Room was extremely hot but staff was helpful to reduce temperature. WiFi worked only after trying 30 minutes. The entrance of the restaurant was almost blocked (?) and extremely noisy - sounded like a cheap canteen (design was all that was important)

the rooms was not clean. one room was very dirty and smelly. they moved us to another room that was with lots of noises from the vacuum cleaner. very bad experience.

All the rooms have the moquette that was terrible and dirty. The check out didn’t work and I had to pay pay cash my dinner.

Accommodation is near the highway, so there was no need to enter the city (which suits us). The beds were big and comfortable. The hotel has an interesting design. If I booked accommodation again, I would book again at that hotel, but not because everything was great but because I know what awaits me, and what awaits me is acceptable for the price.

Internet access is poor. The hotel is covered by a wireless network, but the internet access is congested, slow and unusable, which is strange for a congress hotel. It almost doesn’t work which makes that service useless. An additional problem is that the hotel is located in an area with a bad signal, so the use of its own internet is limited / slowed down. The big drawback is the air conditioning. Cooling almost doesn't work. Something ventilates, but does not cool. As it was relatively warm, it was difficult to sleep in the room. The window can be opened, but the noise (which is not heard when the window is closed) is too loud (earplugs can help). Breakfast is average. Neither great nor bad. It was mostly better than the others we had on this week trip, but there is room for improvement. Although the hotel has an interesting design, the square toilet is not comfortable to sit on. Male guests can feel the lack of such a design :-)

Shower on turning on. produced black bits for two minutes! Sprayed through all bathroom. Air conditioning heating didn't work so cold. TV did not work Phone really crackly couldnt get reception Safe did not work, they could not fix Probably one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in for looks and comfort. Very modern, no soul, very dark. Stained duvet cover.

Location close to the motorway, very convenient for people looking for a stop during their journey. Easy to park, good breakfast (no eggs) but with fresh fruits, very friendly staff. Amazing decoration, futurist design in the middle of nowhere!

Room doors were sometimes difficult to close. The door of the room of our children did not close.
