Water in the room to drink & little cakes.

Difficult to get to despite being able to see it. The restaurant wasn't operating so going elsewhere to eat was a necessity.

The hotel was easy to find and there were very few guests on the night of our visit.

The staff were very helpful but the whole building was tired. We have not stayed at a Campanile for a few years, but although the rooms are now slightly better, the catering side leaves a lot to be desired. Food is nowhere as plentiful or has the variety which used to be on offer.

Really comfy big bed, room spotless. Reception waiting for us as arrived 20 mins later than planned. Breakfast good choice

Requested ground floor as had elderly pet dog with us, checked in to be given 1st floor, asked to be changed and explained why and that we had specifically asked in our booking request - only to be given another 1st floor room. By which time reception had closed.

Good location for our journey onwards to Roscoff.

Check in not open until 1700; no evening meal available. Breakfast fine and staff friendly considering the shortage of staff. Hotel now looking a little tired after the Covid problems

The rooms were as expected and the staff pleasant and helpful.

I choose the Campanile hotels because after long drives you can relax and have a drink and a meal without having to leave the hotel.Unfortunately the restaurant was closed and it was necessary to go elsewhere for dinner nor could we return to the hotel for a drink as everything was shut up.

Personel told us come for breakfast after 9:30 because then its less crowded. Then we come like this and everything almoust clean after breakfast and no coffea.

Very friendly staff. The room was very comfortable and both the dinner and breakfast buffets excellent.

Bad location directions - difficult to find. Could not use shower - missing knob.

Close to the motorway and a big shopping mall. Inside: very basic, but convenient. Very comfortable bed, electric kettle, wardrobe - for a short stop is fine.

Thin walls (we could hear noise from the road and other rooms), wifi not working - for one night you can survive, but for a longer stay better look for another hotel.

No WiFi in room

We stay at the Campanile Laval every year and this year was very disappointing. We had two rooms that were tired and needed care and attention. The TV didn’t work in one room. WiFi didn’t work at all and everything was in need of care and attention. We will not stay there again.

The hotel was next to a big supermarket and 24/7 fuel that was open Sunday morning, we managed to stock up on provisions. Had good meal in Buffalo Grill.
