No UK tv. \Room was very small for the amount of money they charged. 160 euros was the final bill for room, breakfast and dinner and I would have expected much better for that. Would not stay again.

At check in we were expected to take breakfast (seriously over priced) and dinner. We might have taken dinner but were informed that our small dog could not be taken into the restaurant. Our room seemed to be adjacent to an engineering room - there was a loud fan running all night The area under the bed had clearly not been cleaned for many months.

Ideally located close to the A28 for an overnight stop en route back to Calais.

Very handy for the motorway. lad on reception and in the restaurant absolutely spot on. Very friendly, happy lads.

I forst started staying in Campenile in 1987 and this is a throw back to then. very very tired but clean enough.

When I arrived I was advised that the restuarant was closed. We could not find another restuarant in Alencon that was open that Sunday evening and ended up at a MacDonalds. The other issue was the room we were given had no parking in front of the apartment which is unusual as the majority of the rooms have such a facility. The 5 other resident all European had rooms with parking in front. This happend before when I was there on the way to Spain and I was given room 30 again with no parking in front. I was the only one who had that issue that evening. It is pretty clear that whoever allocates rooms does not consider being British is important. I have been using this hotel for over 20 years and have never had such treatment in fact the reverse. I will not be staying there AGAIN.

This is a place where people go to spend fornication time with secret lovers or girlfriends. It is quite noisy and not that comfortable. It is cheap cause this is a place to spend time for hiding from the family and wives. If you can avoid going for the weekend. For more pleasant stay go to Alençon.

The restaurant on site was a key part of this. We are extensive travellers and Booking.com users and this was a long way from acceptable

When we arrived we told there was no restaurant available as there was no staff we were told we had been notified but we were not I think it is unacceptable to let paying customers who have used this restaurant many times before to be treated in this way. Would not recommend to friends in the future.
