From the first glimpse of the hotel we were awed, stunning building and beautiful grounds. Our welcome was friendly and the room was beautiful, with all the extras you expect at this price point, bonus points for having fresh milk in the fridge! We had an issue with the shower and without hesitation we were given a new room which was also an upgrade. We had a meal in the bar, it was obviously busy at the time but the staff were well organised and there were no delays. Our meal was good value. We loved the atmosphere of the hotel, it was calm and peaceful and all the staff were lovely. We hope to go back one day.

Not sure I can think of anything, we came back home feeling rested and relaxed even after a very busy weekend. All positives!!!

The visual impact on arrival was breathtaking, the inside was equally fantastic great staff, fabulous food, comfortable spacious rooms.

The pool in the spa was cold and the jacuzzi completely opposite, too hot.

Was fabulous! The venue is stunning and all staff were very polite .we stayed in the old main building I'd recommend this ,the history is fascinating alps. I will be saving to go back ! Thanks so much

Staff were exceptional. We were met at the door by Reception staff (a very cheerful young lady) who booked us in and arranged treatments in the spa. Sarah on Reception also deserves special mention. Nothing too much trouble.

The excellent spa is let down by being in a separate building, lack of loungers, lack of availability to have food while at the spa (food only available in the main hotel.
