Schöne Zimmer, sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal, wir haben schon mehrfach hier übernachtet und haben schon wieder für Mai gebucht.

Staff was very nice and polite.

We couldn’t sleep well because we could really hear the room next to us and the tube. Really bad.

The staff was great and rooms comfy and clean. The location is great and no noise from outside.

Nothing really. You could hear the train underneath the hotel but that was something that you should expect on this location. But this did not bother us. There were earplugs into the nightstand but I didn't need them because the train didn't bother me.

The room is located just above the metro line and this metro line is running the full night. It is impossible to sleep because you can feel everything vibrating and hear the metro. The staff is not lying also because we called 30 minute before booking to ask if the room was quiet, he said very quiet. other room might be ok but his room should not be allowed to be rented as a bedroom.

The location of the hotel and the room is excellent.

The room lacked air conditioning, which surprised me as it was boiling. Besides that, the room and hotel facilities were excellent. Also, the staff was amiable and helpful.

Convenient Superior double

It's a quiet st Lucky cos you can hear everything .

It was super clean and very well appointed. Great shower and spacious bathroom. The lift was a bonus as we had a lot of baggage. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Must mention Amit who couldn’t do enough for us when we checked in. Great location, close to Oxford Street and within walking distance to many attractions.

It was a bit noisy at times.

The staff were super accommodating and personable. Rooms clean and breakfast convenient and stylish.

It was hard to find a fault

We, a group of 3, stayed for one night in a family room in the Astour Court Hotel. We even got an upgraded family room in comparison to our booking! We arrived early and could have check-in early as well, which would have come with a reasonable extra amount to pay. But we decided to leave our luggage in the extra room especially for this purpose and came back later. The complete staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Our family room and bathroom was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Overall, the room was quite. Yes, you can feel the metro going under the hotel, but this was nothing that bothered us in anyway. We did not have breakfast in the hotel. The location of the hotel is great for a short or longer stay in London. Oxford street, Picadilly circus and Soho are all in walking distance.

The staff were really kind and everything was great but the breakfast could largely be improved. In fact I never really had a breakfast of this kind with cheap product like dry packed croissant. You only get this and a cheap yoghurt. Large room for improvement, especially nowadays with all the hotels air bnb etc etc

Cleanliness and redecorated room

Clean , close by walking , Very helpful staffs expectilaly at The Reception . He always help and suggest us for everything that he can. If we will come back again This guy is the reason why we choose this hotel . You can meet him all days .

The reception staff were incredibly accomodating and very friendly. Wonderful hotel with great amenities. I would definitely stay here the next time I visit London.

It was all great, I only wish I had more annual leave to stay there.

Staff helpful and pleasant. Room was large, nice bathroom and whole hotel very clean. Good location.

No air conditioning, had a fan but little effect as rooms face the incoming sun, even with curtains closed in day and fan constantly on it made for an uncomfortable sleep. The breakfast in a grab paper bag, was disappointing, croissants clearly had been frozen, one end was soggy and rest dry.

Very big and comfortable room and bathroom. Nice and helpful staff. Very good location, 5 min from the metro, close to many shops and restaurants.
