no kettle in room

I didn’t like anything about the property when I arrived the staff was rude the receptionist had all crisps over the floor

the property was cold the heating was off my room was cold the bed was beside a window that was letter in cold air though the window .the tv was too high so couldn’t watch tv.there was no tea or coffee in the room .stay 1hour and left could not stay there and it was veery nosy

Location good, nice tv, would never stay again unless i paid about 20 quid for the room.

Room was cold, bathroom was freezing, took ages to warm up, bathroom stayed freezing, they had a new block but we were put in a very old block.

Room is ok and breakfast

Hotel price is cheap but not having proper internet and housekeeping is very bad they are not cleaning the room properly,wifi is not connecting at all and they are asking to come to reception for proper internet,if they change few things and this will be the good hotel to stay

The breakfast was alright and staff helpful.

The room needed cleaning. No spoons to make a cup of tea in the room and dust was evident that the room was not cleaned. No hand sanitisers considering the current environment that was not good

The location

The floor in the rooms had never been hoovered and the smoke alarms kept beeping all night needed batteries charged.

The rooms are tiny nothing like in pictures. Breakfast was poor almost nothing to choose from. They took £50 deposit which wasn't mentioned on page.

This was my 3rd stay with this hotel and I am sad to say they are going down the hill each time. The reception staff are cold and unwelcoming. The room was smelling. Dirty carpets, No pillows(that thing they have put on the bed can not be called a pillow) when i asked for an extra pillow , was told they don't have any! I left with a pain in the neck. Breakfast service was awful. The waitress made me fell as if I am a homeless person and she is handing out free meals! Absolute disgrace. We booked a double room and there was only one tea cup and no spoon. Asked the reception and it never came so we had to share one cup and get our own spoon. We could not sleep at all. I am never going back to this hotel again.

Nothing, as soon as I saw the hotel from the outside I knew it was going to be bad, and in fairness, it was worse. The smell of marajuana wafting about the property was met with an uncleanliness I have not seen the like of for a long time.

Everything. The hotel was filthy. After seeing the rooms, I was amazed they had asked for £50 deposit in case we caused any damage, honestly, whatever we could have done would surely have only improved the room.

Room was not airy

Breakfast was ok, consist of sausage, egg, hash browns, beans & cold mushrooms! Could do with toast and juice.

Dirty room, noisy surroundings from the rear of the building which kept me awake until 2am, stained tea bags out of sealed packets, no spoon provided, only two flat pillows given for two people, no parking allowed at front, no fan or air con in room and building itself in poor condition.

Absolutely nothing at all

Everything booked a twin room was originally told they would have to put us in a different hotel even though the room was available on booking.com. They then gave us the family room which had no facilities I.e TV, kettle a clean fridge so I wouldn't exactly call it a family room. Also told the guy on reception I didn't need the room a 2nd night as job I was on was finishing that day he then told me I had to email 'management' however after emailing them they just choose to ignore people. I WOULD AVOID THIS HOTEL LIKE THE PLAGUE

I never see in my life any other hotel is that much mess and dirty,only I can say it never ever I be there anymore

Location opposite Valentine's Park. Comfy bed.

It is very dirty. The floors are just disgusting. Clean your carpets up once a decade at least!
