TV channels are very bad ,no International channels and bad quality of picture

room size, bathroom, restaurant, etc. all were great.

the price was pretty high

The hotel (went up to the manager) didn't allow me to take pictures or film inside or even outside of the hotel, which prevented me from working as a journalist. I had to move to another hotel.

Food and internet service was very good. Staff service was good

Rooms screen buttons was not functioning properly

hotel is good the room is excellent and clean breakfast is very good

i didn't like the reception manner about my credit cards were not registered, which were rejected by their machine because the pin is wrong, hence I was obliged to pay in cash, then i went in town and i have used them it was working perfectly so i found it weird

Hotels location was near to everything, e.g shopping, restaurants and attractions, parks and sight seeing. The swimming pool was clean and the hairdresser is very welcoming. The rooms very comfortable and spotless clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had everything you need. The security workers were so helpful and they make you feel safe. The room service was excellent. Overall you will love the hotel as we did, it was a amazing stay. Definitely will go back there.

The employees were very ok. Breakfast was good. The room offers all the comfort.

I didn't like the fact that the windows were very dirty on the outside.
