very clean all around the property, the staff did an amazing job from pool staff to restaurant staff to everyone who worked there! amazing infinity pools!

No free hot tub/jacuzzi. Rooms look tired although clean and comfortable. The open bathroom concept is not fun when traveling with another person. Zero privacy. At least some rooms should be remodeled to have contained bathrooms.

I couldn’t believe our stay! From checking in to checking out the staff couldn’t do enough for you. The breakfast was amazing! I will definitely be booking again.

There was ongoing construction on site during the week with a jackhammer that we were not informed of. If we would have known about this, we would have stayed elsewhere.

A lot of events went on too late. They should have a closed bar to avoid excessive noise late at night. Guests being extremely loud/drunk yelling and screaming in the hallways past midnight

Everything is perfect,the hotel is super photogenic, staffs are super helpful and friendly.

Room decor is slightly old fashioned, but it’s understandable for the price we pay.

We had a great time at Marquis. Exceptional services, amazing food, well-organized app introducing all activities and food menu, friendly staffs, etc… nothing to complain. Everything was great!

The beach right in front of the hotel is not swimmable, so you would need to walk 20 min to find one.

Staff and hotel was beautiful! Everyone was very friendly, aside from one person in the lobby.

One person in the lobby just didn’t seem like they wanted to help us, which was fine but it’s very noticeable especially when everyone else was very kind. I believe his name was Victor, he was on his phone while we were trying to ask him questions and seemed bothered when we asked about the tours.

The food was good as well as drinks!

It’s your typical all inclusive resort, I felt it’s a little outdated.

the rooms we bought were saying ocean front but the hotel has no access to the ocean as it is prohibited and is not mentioned on the web site , the hospitality services were very bad , food options for vegetarian are extremely limited , after paying for an all inclusive package we had to step out twice for our meals. we had purchased our two rooms one with a double bed for 2 occupancy and one with 3 ppl , after cancelling one occupant from. 3-2 within the time allowed we changed to 2 and we were charged $493/- more for the same category same dates . we spoke to the hotel management , booking .com customer services and got no positive response. I hv been a very loyal customer with booking.com and my fair had waivered and as for Marquis I would never recommend it to anybody ever .
