Het zwembad is best klein voor hoeveel mensen er zijn en voelt niet zo fris aan. Ook viel de wifi constant weg. Hele sterke rioolgeur uit de wc.

The hotel was idyllic, set back from the hustle and bustle of Seminyak. It felt like we were in the jungle, so peaceful. The food was excellent and very reasonably priced. I agree with other reviewers, the bathrooms and towels are slightly dated, but this no way impacted on our holiday. What really sets this hotel apart is the staff, everyone we encountered, were absolutely fabulous.So friendly and accommodating nothing was too much bother and they were always smiling. The pool area is really good especially in the evening about 7pm, it is beautifully lit and is so peaceful. The free taxi pick up from the airport is very efficient, however I’d suggest getting the Grab app for taxis, very inexpensive and reliable. The gardens are very well kept and the various wildlife around the resort, with all the different noises makes you think you are literally in the jungle. I can’t recommend this resort enough, excellent value for money. Would I stay here again, absolutely without a shadow of a doubt.

The pool area and surrounds. The views. The restaurant area and the staff were great.
Our toilet bathroom was ramshackle and unhygienic. It had a water leak between the shower and the toilet that has been there a long time because the tiles are discoloured. Our towels were supposed to be white but were brown and the pool towels need to be replaced because they had holes.

Breakfast was good. Staff very good. Very friendly, typical Balinese environment.
The villas, although really lovely and comfortable, are a little tired, and a few things need fixing, e.g., doors didn't quite close together.

In the midst of busy Seminyak, Bali Agung Village was an oasis of tranquility and with an authentic atmosphere. The rooms in the cottage-style accommodation were sufficiently equipped and kept spotless.

the entrance door auto lock us when we’re inside and no mosquitos screen slides that the insects can go in/out easily. we’re under no choice should keep the 2 window style doors closed

Very beautiful villa and amazing hotel territory. Loved that it had one separate room and to balconies so that if you and your friend have conference calls at the same time you can separate.

Being picked up at the airport when our plane was delayed was appreciated and the hotel itself, which was designed in a kind of Balinese style, was lovely. The front office staff were also always helpful.

I don’t like the bed, it seems that someone has slept on it. I had to ask them to change the sheet. The bathroom’s wall and floor need to be scrubbed with clorox.

The staff very co operative and friendly. Always ready to take care of your needs. They offered us complimentary pick up and dropp off as well. There was an urgent need for RT PCR test for boarding the flight and they arranged that also

it has such a Bali feel and such a great location. beautiful gardens and surroundings. so so quiet. attracts a more mature European demographic rather than young families which suited me. I love a quiet relaxing stay. staff are also so lovely
the breakfast is a little average and the cocktails presentation could do with some work. bathroom towels could do with updating to new ones.

We were originally supposed to stay here for 3 nights which we extended to 5 nights . We also ended up returning for another 5 nights at the end of our trip because we loved it so much. The rooms, pool and whole property were spotless clean. The room cleaning service every day was fantastic Staff were extremely helpful and kind. Location was central but down a little street which meant it was nice and quiet at night. The pool was wonderful and well stocked with pool towels each day. Breakfast was amazing and excellent value. Lunch and dinner food and drinks were very good too. Live music was also fantastic. One of our favourite places we have ever stayed.
