Breakfast

The bill for restaurant meal on 20th July that we ordered did not list the food ordered so was not sure if it reflected the order. It was confusing

Service at dinner was very poor. After an exceptionally long wait whilst a coach party were served, our food arrived 'cold'! The management admitted there were not enough staff, but made no reparation.

Poor room service

The whole complex is very nicely done. We were very comfortable in our room. The bathroom is very modern and clean. The bed is nice and comfortable. We had a beautiful view of Assisi on the hill. The breakfast was great. This was the nicest hotel we had while in Italy. I would like to come back some day.

Everything was perfect. Very convenient place to visit Assisi. The food was very good, both in the morning and in the dinner. The bus station for Assisi was in front of the hotel.

The hotel was very well organized and clean and the people working there were very attentive and they even let us do an early check in and gave us a map of the city and some recommendations of where to go! We had dinner and drinks at the hotel also and they were all amazing. The breakfast was also very good and there were two buffets and freshly brewed coffee. We would certainly stay there again if we’re ever in Assisi!

Excellent location, very close to the Centre, but in a quite area. The hotel itself is beautiful. Staff was very professional, nice and helpful. Rooms don't come equipped with kettle, so we suggest requesting one in advance. We did and it worked perfectly. Breakfast was very good, as well as the restaurant. Nice plus are the free parking and being very pet friendly! Overall, we definitely recommend and would come back without hesitations.

The hotel itself was perfect, the only negative thing happened during our last night, where we had a bunch of very rude teenagers who started knocking at our door just for the sake of making noise. We complained to the reception and they were very quick in providing us with an another room (the suite!), so that in the end the night was saved! So shout out to the hotel staff! My only suggestion would be to avoid mixing group of young people with other guests.

The main facilities are good, but it could be improved in three aspects. signs with clear information; Some details that make the spaces more welcoming; and most importantly, that the staff be friendlier, especially the front desk.

Quiet and peaceful property. Room is basic yet spacious and tidy. Fabulous breakfast. Generous half-board. Free on-site parking.
