Very friendly helpful staff. Parking right in front of the hotel for free. About 15 minutes walking from the center. Quiet and safe area. We used this hotel as a stop over from the north to the south.
A bit overpriced, since the rooms were pretty basic and there is not much to do / see in Belem

The hotel was modern, very clean and the staff could not have been more helpful or friendly. I would highly recommend it to all my friends.

People were really friendly and helpful. The bed was the most comfortable we slept in during our roundtrip through Portugal and it was also the biggest room overall. For us this was a perfect base location to explore the surrounding area. We went to Coimbra, Figueira da Foz, and to Buçaco from there. And there was this little Cafe three doors down where we would get our morning coffee, before we'd head out.
The only little thing that was bothering us was that we had no countertop area around the sink whatsoever. They put a little open shelf underneath the sink though so it helped to compensate.

This hotel is most certainly the best three star hotel we have stayed at in Portugal or anywhere for that matter. From the minute you arrive at the reception you just know that your choice is spot on. Cannot lavish enough praise.

The hotel employees were amazing - one of them even waited for us until almost 1AM as we had to go to a friend’s wedding and were coming after the hotel reception was closed. Everything is great, but again - the people working there are especially pleasant and ready to help :).

Location is optimal for hiking...Room is very comfortable with all amenities...Wifi is good...Staff friendly and outgoing...
