only the location near to some places of interest.

they said they upgrade me.but with 2 single bed combined together!!(they only told the upgrade after i complained about the bed.)i,ve deposited rm50 earlier to confirm the booking but the reception did not aware about that.i didn't rqst for the upgrade at all.to make the matter worst the tv also not functioning.really not satisfied with the stay.not recommended at all .the reception should be taught more about customer service,instead or arguing and talk back behind the customer.

The housekeeper use the towel to clean the toilet 🚽 n the toilet...also use the slipper to enter Muslim guest room to change linen. The linen also the old one not the new one. Pls improve it the aircond also the old one. Pls change the new one. When sunny ☀️ day. It's not working at all

Parking only 3 car only can park Infront lobby, others have to parking over main road ,my families have to walk pass the main road and others traffic so faster over there,Is to dangerous

The bed very uncomfortable, look like already use for 20years. Kittle cant cook water well. Shower water not enough hot. Intercom telephone not function at all, cant call for service. Free car park area too far from hotel, and very dangerous it need to cross over road only can reach hotel.
