The staff was very nice but the language barrier was high (English to Portuguese). We found two people who helped to answer questions (Naate (reception) and Alef (Breakfast). Naate also spent time with me to help schedule an excursion. All staff was extremely nice and accommodating.

The beds were very hard, but otherwise the accommodations were beautiful and clean.

Absolutely loved the place and location. I’ll definitely be back when I’m travelling in Brazil.

The only thing that wasn’t good was the open dinner buffet, wouldn’t pay for it again.

food is disgusting and expensive. breakfast very poor. Restaurant waiting long time just to get very simple and expensive food .. my young son had a small plate of pasta with a little cheese and they charged 30 reals about $6 .. dissatisfied really

Buffet breakfast has a nice variety including fresh fruits.

Some mosquitoes in the first day, but the management provided some products to deal with them.

The Hotel was very good value for money, a beautiful beach and good food. The staff was super friendly and accommodating.

The infrastructure

My expectations were high regarding a "Superior Plus" room and the room itself didn't fulfill that expectation.

Everything was great. The staff was extremely nice and attentive. Facilities were excellent. Food was very good as well. 10/10

Beach close to the hotel, all the facilities are great for families with kids, parking is safe, breakfast was ok but tasted quite industrial.

Not the right place if you want to relax in calmness. Quite noisy outside, many kids around and huge amount of people in the hotel, which actually is a resort for families. Facilities were not that perfect and look quite old, no air conditioning in the bathrooms and AC in bedroom not working properly because no way to close completely the window.
