The location

The staff. Do not stay at this place !! There is never anyone on reception. 3 telephone numbers to ring know one ever answer. Check out stated 12.30. We went out for a walk when we got back at 12.00couldn’t get into our room for our bags. Waiting over 30 minutes for staff to turn up. They have now changed checkout time to 12.00. (Wish I’d of screenshot before they changed). Now imagine being stuck in the lift and ringing any of the 3 numbers to ring and know one answers. Never again will we stay here

Lift was not working so had to climb to top floor with cases without help from staff

beautiful inside the hotel, good location

beds were really uncomfortable, shower was poor, no toothpaste and small amount of toilet paper left, there was no water in the room and no option to buy water within the hotel.

It was in the centre of everything . The apartment was clean.

Got to the reception there was noone at reception had to wait about 20 mins to be seen. In fact for the length of time we were there i think I seen only twice someone at it . Apartment had no clothes horse hairdryer iron or anything basic in them . There was 3 towels in the room on arrival. We asked for more and were never giving them for a 5 day stay. We had to buy towels in the supermarket. There was a pool around the back but was not in use it hadn't been cleaned and was full of leaves. We were very disappointed with our stay.
