- Das kostenlose Upgrade mit privater Jacuzzi - Man kann vor Ort unkompliziert Fahrräder mieten und damit die Gegend erkunden - Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr vielfältig und schmeckt gut, es trifft echt jeden Geschmack - Der private Weg zum Strand ist unglaublich enstpannend - Besonders das Housekeeping-Personal ist sehr nett, die grüßen einen immer, wenn man sie im Flur trifft - Und das Zimmer wurde so schnell in kurzer Zeit sauber gemacht (während wir frühstücken waren) - Wenn man mit dem Bus anreist, die Haltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür - Ansonten ist die Lage sehr gut, man kommt schnell zum Nightmarket und andere gastronomischen Einrichtungen

- Das ist jetzt motzen auf hohen Niveau, aber da kann das Hotel nichts für, es sind definitiv viel zu viele Familien mit ihren Kindern dort, wenn man es ruhig und entspannt haben möchte sollte man sich ein anderes Resort suchen

Breakfast is epic. Close to the beach which is very nice. The room was top notch. Bikes available.

Hallways were very smelly - too much cleaner/antiseptic smell.

Helpful and friendly staff. Suitable for families with young children. We like the swimming and the park in the hotel. There is a pathway between hotel and beach.

Amazing place, we stay here every time we visit Taiwan, it never fails. The gardens are so beautiful, and we love how convenient the pool and access to the beach is

Location is perfect! The famous night market is with few minutes walk and most impressively the beach can be accessed by a private path from the hotel without the need of crossing a busy street. Pool is definitely a plus as well. Very clean, with different depths and safe guards with everything needed (eg. towel, spin dryer, and swimming ring). They even provided sand toys and chairs at the beach. Food in the restaurant is yummy and breakfast is with loads of choices. I stayed here with my parents, partner and kids (from Taiwan and Europe) and everybody enjoyed!

On the 13th of April we were in the B1 leisure center. The trainee there showed less passion and patience.

We had a wonderful stay, all stuff is so extremely friendly and helpful. We visited during the new year celebration, the hotel was fully booked, but everyone did their absolute best to ensure that we felt welcome as probably the only Europeans. Breakfast and dinner all you can wish for. Rooms had a Jacuzzi and a little private garden with access to the pool, fantastic beach very close to the hotel.

The facilities could have some modernization, in the room there is little space for clothes.

Found a cockroach in the room and the price compared to how old the property is, not worth the value. Also the check in staff were not friendly at all.

Hard bed wasn’t comfortable. Shower is way too small for a resort level hotel. Pool deck was uneven, visible splinters! needs major maintenance!

1. We got upgraded to a garden room with outdoor pool which was fantastic, we enjoyed the private outdoor bath very much and the little garden is beautiful. 2. The staffs were very friendly and always greeted people with warm smile. 3. There's a big indoor playground for children and it's very clean.

1. Would be great to have some hooks in the room and bathroom so it's easier to hang towels and clothes. 2. The guest from upstairs threw a cigarette in our garden which is disgusting. 3. The quality of the breakfast can be improved, there are many choices but quite heavy food for breakfast, too many deep fry and stir fry dishes. 4. Would be great to have outdoor seats at the buffet restaurant terrace (breakfast restaurant), it was very nice weather during our staying but it's a pity that we had to eat in the AC room without being able to enjoy the sun and beautiful sea view outside. 5. Would be nice if the beach bar can provide food and drinks as well.
