All is very new and modern. The family room is a great option for a family of four, with one big room of 25-30 sqm and another small bedroom. Breakfast, though relatively limited, offers very good quality products. Breakfast room is worthy of a higher ranking hotel.
I would have loved to see a couch or at least an armchair in the big room, as the space allowed it

The place is very clean and cosy. The staff is very friendly.
There was some noise of running water from time to time (I guess the drain from another room). But that was pretty much nothing.

This hotel was fabulous. The room was silent (the hotel is situated in a quiet location in Saas-Fee) and the total blackout curtains in the room meant that light from outside didn't wake me up in the mornings.
The breakfast was absolutely wonderful, with a wide variety of delicious food of a very high quality.
The staff were extremely kind and helpful and they really go the extra mile to ensure you have the perfect stay.
I highly recommend the hotel and will definitely stay here again when I am next in Saas-Fee!
