The staff need to improve their service level.

got a playground for young kids

Enjoyed the view of the mountains from the back of the unit. Liked the fridge/freezer.

The TV reception for the Freeview channels was extremely poor and unwatchable. The problem was probably bad cabling. The Sky channels were fine. There was a lack of towel rails especially considering the unit would sleep up to five. The unit had two bedrooms, but clearly the smaller bedroom originally did not have a double bed. With a double bed in this room there was very little room to move around.

We arrived at 7.30pm (in winter), which motel knew but manager seem annoyed about when we checked in. Go to our unit and the windows were still open! So rooms were very cold, which wasn't nice when there was snow on mountains. Shower door didn't close properly, so water went all over the floor. There was a dripping tap we heard all night, in between the trucks going past as well. The rooms could do with a bit of an update.. Curtains were so old the thermal backing had cracked in the creases. Chairs and sofa all hard to sit on. Only 1 Hotpoint in kitchen so couldn't use microwave and jug at the same time. Beds ok.

each bed has electric blanket and keep me warm the night :) nice little set up,very comfortable :)

The hrv kickd in in the middle of the night. Was quite loud seeing as it was in the bedroom

Staff were really friendly. Very clean place, would recommend.

It was a great place for a quick stop over. Friendly and organised staff and the rooms were super clean. Bed was comfy and shower was awesome!

We were only there for a stop over so motel Was adequate for that

Didn't have a fish slice or a dish rack, needed more surfaces in general to put things on eg side tables, side board, book shelf type thingies or similar when you're away you are messier so it's good to have some space to plonk stuff on. In general it was an excellent place to stay at an excellent price. I Highly recommend this motel to all

Nice rooms with all that was required. Very clean. Pet (dog) friendly subject to approval and conditions (all understandable) from owner, Donald. Donald and staff very friendly and helpful with local information.

room was small.microwave box was in awkward place kept knocking my head on it.

Comfortable bed! Parking space. Comfortable temperature - didn't use the aircon. Many little milk packets for making hot beverages. Clean, indoor & outdoor seating. Small play area for kids with swing & slide.

Not sound proofed, however the road noise wasn't terrible as there wasn't a lot of traffic the night we stayed. Could hear the trucks but we were able to sleep well.
