Love the reception from the personell staff, very helpfull

Some of the guests were a little noisy, banging doors talking loudly, normally wouldn’t matter but we had to be up and away by 6 am. We have used the hotel several times and would use it again.

Very warm room. Good shower. Comfy beds. Bar area. Evening staff were very friendly.

It's a about 20 minutes walk to the centre, but that we knew beforehand. They tried to check us in early but the room hadn't been cleaned, although the note on the door read it had, so that was a mix up, however the reception offered us a coffee. There was no cafe in the evening, but the 2 friendly ladies on reception helped with calling for a pizza, which we appreciated as it was freezing that night.

the corridors smelled musty; the bath towels were clean but also smelled musty. The bed sheets however were very clean and comfortable

The beds are small and not comfy , far from the center and train station. Needs attention to cleaning and room service.

Upon arrival, we encountered several inconveniences: .- no room availability .- language barrier. No language skills from the receptionist

The upgrade of the restaurant area was good.

The rooms are tired and not to a modern standard for today's guests. In this period of July and August when guests are using the hotel, to have a restaurant that is available 7 days a week is a must. To close on a Sunday is not with the way anymore .

The hotel contacted us that they where overbooked. They placed us at a different hotel. We agreed, but at arrival we didn’t think the other hotel was a sufficient substitute for the original room we booked.
