The man at the front desk was extremely helpful! He made everything go well for us.

Clean room, two blocks from the ski center, far enough to not hear the part. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The in room breakfast was local and hearty. The fire place was great each night, and the beds were comfortable.

More hot water would have made the shower longer for three and more water was required to use the jacuzzi tub in the winter. We had an issue with our first room and the staff immediately moved us, couldn't ask for more.

We got the simple studio and you don’t expect much from those —- but the jacuzzi, fireplace and the comfort of the number was super! I was very happy to find bath salts near the jacuzzi 👌🏻😂

I usually find toothpaste and footwear in the hotel rooms, but it was missing here though that didn’t cause us any real trouble. Also, I didn’t ask for them in the reception, so I may have gotten if I did.

Fantastic location, right at the base of the mountains, a cared for property that is well maintained, staff is courteous, helpful and alert. The hotel was clearly built with high quality materials and attention to detail. It was very comfortable, cozy and sophisticated.

There were some disturbing noise due to the proximity between the rooms.

We arrived quite early but the hotel let us check in anyway since our room is ready. The room is exactly as in the website. The in room jacuzzi works really well. The staff speaks good English. The breakfast was decent enough. Location is good as it is just a walking distance to the ski park.

The only thing that was bothering me was the temperature of the room. It was too warm. The heated floor is nice but i feel like the room gets too stuffy after awhile. We had to open the small window in the bathroom to let some cold air in. But other than that, everything is perfect.
