Central location and walking distance to most places in the CBD of Mildura.
The old passenger lift needs upgrading and the internal staircase needs better handrails to hold on to.

Old character building. Large spacious room
Dine in menu on tv screen was different to the menu offered.
Bathroom had a cheap ikea cupboard which looked out of place. Curtains rails were broken. Needs some attention or money spent to update them

Only one wine glass in the room.
Crappy bottled water in bottles clearly the hotel fill up, consider this to be a worry.

Woman on reception wouldn't assist with finding menu for the restaurant, said to me I'd have to just come down.
I wanted room service and the restaurant phone was not working.
Only gave us one key for room on check in.

If there were guests in the rooms on either side we could hear noise. In addition the water pipes made banging noise. We will not stay in the main building again. The units out the back were fine when we stayed there last year.

Smelt like cigarette smoke on entering first day despite air freshener being used by cleaners. Carpet on stairs is filthy and has not been cleaned for sometime.

Linking TV to phone apps was hard to do. Basically couldnt do it. No instructions other than TV.
Drying rack for towels was about to fall off wall. Coffee cups too small.
Pricing at Restraunt was too high and didn't reflect quality of food service etc. Scam alert. Charged $10 for small "side serve of chips. Should have been included in meal..... Nasty. Pork sausages fell to pieces into a mince rather than sausage. Chilli in sausages so high that I couldn't eat it. Overall a very average meal and overpriced. Will avoid in future for both breakfast and dinner.Better dining nearby.

The room was clean however there were stains all over the floors and on the loungeroom wall. There is next to no sound insulation between the levels. In desperate need of renovations.

The windows of our room faced onto the main street which at night time was quite noisy. The noise from the street could be heard late at night

When I arrived At reception I had to wait while the staff member was on her mobile texting.
the evening before I left I waited at reception again…nobody was there. there’s no bell or any way of getting their attention. i left after a few minutes and came back later that night.
