reception staff, no sink plug and leaking shower to bathroom floor. restaurant closed. kettle and teabags in room but no coffee or milk.

A good variety of breakfast. all freshly prepared, Lovely coffee, Excellent service, A nice room and comfortable bed, warm and clean. Proper shower, room was cleaned everyday . A great view of the mountains from the balcony an ideal place to read a book or just relax. Town centre just 5 mins, an easy walk.

Having a stroller, the fact that the elevator does not reach the 4th floor was an issue.

Very clean hotel. Excellent food and very educated and cordial staff with a very good level of English.
Less than 5 minutes walk to the central bus station and about ten minutes walk to the town centre
One small suggestion: due to the hotel's popularity, another bigger elevator would be very useful.

The hotel was outstanding. Especially the young lady taking care of the spa
The reception staff were very matter of fact, hardly any smiles and some of the waitresses at breakfast next day the older lady was delightful though x
