Beautiful historical building over looking an idyllic country side. The room was spacious and cool. The staff went above and beyond to help us! From offering site seeing recommendations to locating a lost bag and arranging delivery to our next hotel, they were extremely supportive. The pool was a favourite of my daughters and the suntanning was a dream. The breakfast spread was expansive and generous with more than enough options to please everyone.?

The building is authentic and historic but the decor and furniture in the room was not aesthetically complimentary. They were cheeses Tuscan photo prints from china in the wall.

The villa seems to attract families with kids. During our stay, the kids used the pool without taking into consideration other guest who are there to relax. Overall, very noisy for couples and people who are looking for a calm stay.

The locations is great, perfectly kept. Charming restaurant and very nice outdoor pool area and small playground for kids. Our room was an actual apartment, very tastefully decorated.

We feel like we truly found a hidden gem by booking our stay here at Villa Schiatti! The food at the restaurant was so lovely and the staff at the hotel were especially nice and took care of our every need. We definitely want to return and will boast about the place to all our family and friends!

Amazing view. great property with an immense upside potential. Food was good, breakfast was nice as well - one of the bigger spreads for breakfast I’ve experienced in Tuscany. Property also had an elevator which helps with the luggage and there was also ample parking. Nice pool as well but we never used it.

Furnishing are dated (not in an antique kind of way). We were on top floor and not allowed to open windows which made the room extremely dark. The lobbies on each level were also very dark (no windows and short programmed time on light timer)

The staff were wonderful. They were so helpful and friendly. The food, both breakfast and the evening meal were exceptional. Though they don't always provide it, the staff made us lunch on two occasions which was lovely. The hotel is spotless and just idyllic and historic .The views were breathtaking. The most wonderful hotel experience. I can't speak highly enough of the hotel and especially the staff. Staff even took us to the railway station so we could go to Arezzo and picked us up. Though I paid the person, they knocked it off the bill total at the end. We will come back.

You are a bit secluded so a car is advisable

Excellent place for the vacation, faraway from the noises of the busy world. Beautiful views, lovely patio to enjoy prosecco in, very good restaurant, excellent breakfasts, very friendly staff. A place to recommend and to come back to. If I'm ever to head Cortona again? I'll surely check their availability.

Very beautiful property located independently with splendid views. Awesome. Everyone must go to the restaurant and have at least a meal. The staff is lovely and menu is beyond awesome.

The villa is from an ancient building with very new and clean facilities. The view of terrace is wonderful. Staff is very friendly and helpful. definitely will be back if we have chance.

We stayed for three nights in this beautiful building. The staff were fantastic throughout our visit and made us feel so welcome. The food in the restaurant was beyond belief and Alain was a tremendous host giving great recommendations on both food and wine. The rooms very nicely decorated and very comfotable.We enjoyed relaxing in the outside terrace and courtyard and the firepits in the evening were a lovely touch. Will definitely be back.

Perfect place with perfect owner and brilliant stuff. If you looking for quite and peace this property is for you and your family. Breakfast is tasty and huge. You can choose so many things for breakfast. Also dinner is very tasty with good choose of wine. You will not regret it if you book this hotel.

The Location of the Property is excellent, with a beautiful view over the Chiana Valley, within an hour drive from wonderful places such as Arezzo, Perugia, and the Trasimeno Lake. The Restaurant is extremely good, with a wide variety of excellently cooked dishes. The Staff has always been very nice and welcoming, ready to support with any requests.

Air-Co in the room was a little old, meaning that it took a rather long time to cool the room down, and while operating the Equipment was really noisy. Breakfast was good, only with limited options for savoury food. A little detail we did not love is that you are expected to pay a very little fee for renting Pool Towels from the Reception. I would have preferred paying 1 EUR extra per night with the Towel included in the Price.

the villa is stunning and has the most incredible views. The villa is everything you think of when wanting the “Tuscan experience”. the staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was lovely
