Great food for reasonable prices Friendly staff

Our duvet cover had spots on them and the room is not tight so expect some mosquitoes. We only had to stay for a night to go on a sunrise jeep-tour and unfortunately for us there was a big party for a group that evening. They took the party with them to their rooms surrounding us, with loud karaoke and guitars, and we had to call the staff three times before the partying somewhat stopped. The staff was friendly but really didn’t do much in order to stop the partying, which resulted in us going to sleep at midnight and having to wake up again at 04 am. We got a verbal apology for the inconvenience so no discount or compensation. The staff does not speak English - and if so only a little.

it has nice view

only single bed! they don’t have queen or king! they put two single beds together to make it a king size! I don’t think it’s proper for a nice resort hotel.

convenient location

The Oceanview from our 4th floor balcony was amazing. The grounds surrounding the resort are beautiful and well kept. The swimming pool was large and clean.

The hotel room and bathroom is dated. Could use freshening up. Everything looks a bit tired. Breakfast buffet was busy on the weekends and barely any tourists during the week. Fruits were tasty, the rest was so so.

Location is good

But the breakfast is not various

Very good for a family or people who come for a 2-3 days stay to relax before their Vietnam tour holiday . There are two pools which you can choose. The garden grass is so fine and smooth. The receptionists were very helpful. Though their English was poor, at the end, problems were sorted out with their trying.

Breakfast was too crowded. Your seat could be taken when you go off to get more food.

the swimming pool was great, spacious beautiful rooms, great breakfast on first day (buffet with a lot of choices), cleanliness and aroma of the place, beautiful garden and well kept beach, view from the balcony is stunning

the staff was a bit grumpy, breakfast if there are little guests has to be ordered, and they should check the area of changing rooms around the pools cause it’s disgusting (don’t check it yourself!!!)

Quiet, private beach, big room

The receptionist does not communicate well in English. The floor of the room is dusty, not very clean.
