The owners clearly take great pride in their property. The layout was excellent, the gym and guest lounge were really nice touches. Spa’s in every room! Made you feel really special without being pretentious. Very central and a short walk to everything.

Well presented, very clean, comfortable and quiet. Warm! Friendly hosts. Modern and well planned set up inside the room. Combined washing machine/ dryer was a bonus and saved us time and effort. Convenient location, short walk to CBD and eateries. Off street parking was handy.

Venetian blinds near kitchenette - just felt that they did not afford total privacy as you could probably see into the bathroom from outside.

We love the bed! Is clean with fresh smelling sheets and very comfortable. The aprtment is clean and warm. Everything is well maintained and facilitated.

The room was spacious, very well equipped and beautifully furnished. We had access to a washing machine, kitchenette, mini bar and spa bath. Beautiful Egyptian cotton bedding. Good location for access to centre of Dunedin. Complimentary fresh milk was much appreciated.

This is purely a personal thing but the mattress was harder than we are used to.

Everything! The hotel was modern and spotless. The room had a lovely kitchen area, which was immaculate. The bed was very comfortable, as were the pillows. The spa bath was fantastic, and the bath robes luxurious.. We were only here for two nights and it was very comfortable. The room and hotel were tastefully decorated, and it was probably the nicest accommodation we have stayed in so far on our travels in New Zealand. Sandra, the owner, was also very helpful. Would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Nice room with a view. Clean and comfortable. They had a range of herbal tea which was nice for those that dont like caffeinated drinks.

I was disappointed we could not get Netflix. I changed my password so we could access it from our room, but it did not work. Maybe the TV was too old?

Everything really, it was exceptionally clean and well maintained and had every thing you could need for a stay, even a washing machine and electric blanket. Fresh milk was available in little reusable glass bottles which I thought was really nice and less wasteful than the usual cartons. The staff were lovely, location was great and it was free parking. The gardens were immaculately manicured. It was excellent value for money.

The unit was lovely and clean with an outdoor area to sit and enjoy the sun. The drinks in the mini bar were a good price. Wish we could have stayed longer.

This accommodation exceeded all expectations and it was really clean and roomy with a balcony. The personal touches were great and heated floor in the bathroom is amazing.
