L'emplacement et les belles terrasses du Riad. Un havre de paix au milieu d'une ville très bruyante. Le riad se situe dans une rue (souk alimentaire et restaurants)
Le personnel est vraiment très gentil et serviable.
Absence de signalétique pour trouver le riad la première fois, cependant, on se repère très vite dans ce labyrinthe.
L'accès au Jacuzzi est en supplément et ce dernier mériterait une petite rénovation.

Staff were very attentive, the riad was beautiful 😍, the roof top was so big and pretty and the courtyard/lobby was so cool and relaxing
The family room was a little too small, the stairs to the king bed felt a little unsafe. Sadly the bed was a little uncomfortable but my back is prone to back pain

A great and cool place to stay in super hot Marrakesh. Nice refreshing pool in courtyard. Very friendly staff Naima!

It was a wonderful Riad with best staff, especially Nafi & those 2 ladies helping guests every way possible. Very good location near the market, good pool & terrace, I will definitely hope to go back there!
Nothing really, it is a few meters away from the main road, so first when you reach it is a small trouble worh taking. But it is how it is for most of the Riads

real great Riad and highly recommended. lots of character, clean and comfortable. + great wifi
hôtel did not help bring bags from the taxi drop of or on departure. You can’t access the last 250 meters by car. Really easy to get someone to help on the street to help with our bags but we were ripped off on arrival. cost 100 dihram and we could not be bothered to argue. We went out for breakfast as apparently there was none but later found out there was breakfast. all great but the host could have explained more. that said they were very kind.

The riad is located in a great spot with a beautiful rooftop area.
The downstairs area of the riad operated as a bar that was open until midnight. Unfortunately this means that there is no chance of going to sleep before midnight, because the rooms are absolutely not soundproof and the people in the bar are basically just sitting next to your window. It's also important to know that you have to pay extra to use the jacuzzi - 14 euro for 2 people, bit of a rip-off. The rooftop area was nice, but rather neglected. Compared to other riads in the area, there are a lot better options for an equal or even better price.

The staff were very nice and tried being accommodating. The breakfast were also really nice.
The baby cot we requested was broken also we were placed in a split level room which wasn't great with a 9 months old baby.

A peaceful escape from the bustling medina. The staff were exceptional which made the stay stand out , would recommend using their services for airport transfers as it could be difficult to find the riad and their assistance saved a lot of stress

We were welcome with a Mint tea, Mohammed was super friendly and helpful. The rooms are good size and the riad itself was very quiet and good to rest any time of the day. The roof is very cool, you can sunbathe.. also it has a Jacuzzi.... So i recommend the place for families... The location is also great... 5 minutes and you are at the secret garden... 10 minutes and you are in the centre of the action in the Medina.....

This place is gorgeous and comfortable. Such a cool Marrakech vibe. The staff Mohammad, Farah, and Fatima were exceptional and made our stay extra wonderful.

We booked this place because they offer many services such as hammam , massage , and jacuzzi . We booked for a junior suite and it was great ! Outside our room is a garden where yoi can stay and relax .
