We enjoed so much our stay at the Grünsch Hotel. The staff is very friendly, starting from the reception and ending with the waiters in the restaurant (by the way, the food is super tasty and the atmosphere in the restaurant is very pleasant). The hotel is clean, the bed so comfy, the view from our room was nice. It is located next to the ski slope and has free parking spaces. Very satisfied. We will certainly return at this location.)

Room smelt damp. The decor and bathroom fittings were very tired, but clean and worked well. The beige colour of the bedlinen was unfortunate and dreary

The location was close to the festival we were attending. Very nice places to walk our dog nearby. The artwork on the walls in the public areas very appreciated. There were some great photos as well!

Our room was close to the parking lot side, so a little bit noisy. But not enough of a problem to complain.

Price. this place would be a solid 7 if it wasn't for the great price. Breakfast was also very good. The owner was welcoming.

The bed is far from being comfortable, it's old and worn out you basically sink in. Some lightbulbs were not working. There is a lot of light coming in from the window in the morning.

great location, easy to find, peaceful with great grounds for the dog. right by a river path which was great for an evening walk. the boys loved the loft beds. super clean and breakfast was perfect.

the property was a little dated but honestly we didn’t mind this at all.

We stayed in the hotel for a short weekend in October. The room and breakfast are quite basic but included all we needed for our short stay. For the evenings, the bar and restaurant facilities are extremely good and exceeded our expectations. The menu choice and quality of the food is very good. The staff are very friendly and made our stay very enjoyable. In particular, there is a very friendly and happy waitress, who made us laugh, was extremely efficient and ensured we had a lovely evening. The hotel is a little out of Grüsch but is only a short walk away. If you stay in the summer, the outdoor area is lovely, forest, river walk, parkland and a great pool. It has great access to the postouto (bus) which goes up the mountain to the surrounding villages.

A little more comfort in the room. The mattress was a little thin and very soft. Two pillows would also be good.

Great area for kids, you can stay in the pool + playground the whole day after checkout, very useful when traveling with small children.

The upper beds were less comfortable.

Beautiful location in a nice and quite corner of the Alps. The room was far larger than we expected and despite a sight language better, the staff made every effort to make us feel comfortable and welcome.

The room was very simple yet cozy and comfortable. The only thing I would have wishes for was another pillow in the cuppord for both so each am extra pillow. The house is located near a bus stop and is pretty simple and easy to reach. We arrived ar around 8 pm and they had prepared a nice note and left the key in our room. Breakfast started from 6 am which was surprising and amazinf since I was there buisness wise. The owner came as soon as we sat down asked us if we arrived well last night if we slept well and how we were doing and what coffee we wanted. The next morning, 6 am again, he saw us once we sat down and a minute later he arrived with a cappuccino which I had had the morning before. These kind of gestures and things show that he pays attentoon and is customer oriented and to me that is what really matters, the spider webs didnt bother me what is important is how the people handle it and how they treat theyre guests and for me working in the hotel industry as well I would recommend it to everyone, amazing hotel.

There were a few spider webs which I didnt really notice until my friend did. The bathroom was extremely cold im the morning due to a lack of heating in the bathroom. The matresses were extremely soft which can be both good or bad I personally prefer them a bit more resistant but thats just for me. The only thing that bothered me was that our room was directly located next to the parking spaces and the light of the lamps outside burnt throughout the whole night amd even with the courtains it was quite bright.
