We loved the location. The room was good and well equipped and we slept very well. Breakfast was delicious and had much going for and also external parking was easy to mange.

The accommodation is perfectly placed to offer walking distance of all of Trondheim. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, which was extremely convenient for the trip to and from the airport. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the shower space was surprisingly functional – no water in the whole bathroom after taking a shower. The breakfast was superb, with many options, I could try something new every morning for the four days spent there. There was complimentary coffee available for the whole day! The architecture of the place is splendid, calming, and spacious.

There were no sockets close to the bed in my room. The food offered late at the reception had no vegetarian options. But there is a supermarket 5 mins. away open till 11 pm, which solved the problem.

The location is excellent. It is in a very beautiful area and very close to the city centre. Everything is accessible by foot. The staff was very helpful and the room was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was also very good.

Internet is horrible and so weak that you cannot use your devices. In this time of data revolution, most basic hotels provide good internet. This hotel misses the mark.

The breakfast was fantastic with a broad selection of foods beginning from typical Norwegian stuff like salmon and the brown cheese, through different dishes with eggs, bacon, sausages, fresh vegetables ( avocado inclusive!) and fruit up to diary products and sweets. Excellent selection of breads and a very good coffee. The room was comfy and very clean. The location is very good close to the old quarter of Trondheim and at the same time short walk from the central train station.

Breakfast is good. Beds are comfy. Room temp is good. Staff is kind. Has parking right underneath the building. Very good location to explore the city.

Rooms with only one window in the roof are not something a hotel should have. Missing a water heater with tea and coffee in the room. Parking underneath at 300nok per day is just too much.

this place was shot down . they call me and move my reservation in nidelven , it was horrible! dirty room , empty spot for minibar.. no sense at all for 1 breakfast 365 nok! out of mind , all the restaurant was close in the hotel that turn in a bed and breakfast for the Christmas Days! sad and very disappointed about service , sanitation of the room , restaurant service completely absent and you can’t ask for a sandwich and a coffee cup 365 kr that is unacceptable as unacceptable is let’s the people book the room and then close and cut down the main service. unacceptable treatment happy that a lot of people was complaining in the hall is what you deserve
