Very nice, quiet and extremely comfortable resort hotel. Friendly and welcoming staff. Large rooms. 3 different pools allow space for everyone. In fact, the hotel has the best size: not crowded while having lots of facilities. New apartments and villas are being built which might change this.

The closest beach (Canavial) is difficult to reach (must go down a cliff) and the others close (Camilo, Praia de Mós) are too crowded. Not in walking distance to Lagos, a car is needed. The grass in most public places disappeared and the ground is brown.

Staff were all fantastic, helpful and a credit to the resort. Apartment was spacious and cleaned every day.

Not a 5 star!! Location was ok but were led to believe through marketing that it was a 15 minute walk into Lagos, more like 30 minutes so a taxi was always needed. Although good size, the apartment was tired and in need of refurb, shower didn’t work properly, maintenance came once to fix but wasn’t good enough to use so had to use our children’s one in their room. Roof terrace was covered in bird muck, clearly not been cleaned for sometime so was unusable. Pool was nice but outer garden areas including golf/yoga area (as advertised in promo videos) was a shock to see with grass died off, had all the irrigation in place but we didn’t see any sprinklers working, just felt uncared for. Sandys Pool bar was closed and in main pool you couldn’t get a drink until 12pm. Was so quiet so little atmosphere. Apart from the main hotel, the rest of the ‘resort’ felt uncared for and almost as if closing down bit by bit which is such a shame as you can see what a fantastic resort it was once. Service from staff was at a 5 star but we’d say the rest was a mix of 3-4 star which was disappointing as we didn’t get what was advertised and what we paid for.

Die Anlage ist super schön und riesig. Wir waren im Mai da, daher war es zu windig um den Pool zu richtig zu nutzen, aber man konnte sich trotzdem gut dorthin legen. Die Ausstattung ist top!

Der Spabereich ist enttäuschend gewesen, zudem mussten wir sehr lange auf unsere Zimmer warten. Statt 15 Uhr, wie hier beschrieben, haben wir unser Zimmer erst um 16 Uhr bekommen und haben so 4 h auf unser Zimmer gewartet

Excellent hotel. Impeccable service. Spacious room. Complimentary mineral water and Nespresso. Beautiful pool. Close to the center of Lagos (5 min by car and around 30 min on foot). We highly recommend it!

Un po' tutto, ma la posizione sulla punta più caratteristica della scogliera è insuperabile. Il ristorante interno (Gastropub) davvero di ottimo livello con pesce sempre freschissimo e una gentilezza super.

La parte SPA è piuttosto basica, ma per un posto di mare tutto sommato adeguata.

Möbel ein bisschen ältlich, abgestossen, dunkel, Sofas fleckig; Abflüsse in Küche und Bad (Waschbecken) verstopft - wie bisher bei jedem Aufenthalt dort. Gehwege auf der Anlage sind Stolperfallen. Terrassenberiche ohne ausreichende Abtrennung zur Anlage

We chose this resort because it advertised itself as a pet-friendly place, but unfortunately this turned out not to be true. It started with the non-standard fee, which is twice as high as in nearby resorts, then it turned out that you can't enter anywhere with a dog.... so you can't take full advantage of the services offered by the resort. It is a pity that there was no such information from the beginning, because we would not have chosen this place. In general, everything looks much better in the pictures. The apartment was old and dilapidated. The spa was only open from 10 am to 6 pm...so if you will arrive late forget about spa... A big minus when it comes to price/quality ratio. We will not return there.
