beautiful place! very quiet - not many tourists at the moment. stayed at Christmas. nice huge beach, great pool, beautiful gardens.

Services was amazing! Everyone was very nice with us! The colonial style makes you feel at peace and completely relax. Pool facilities and jacuzzi are very nice! Breakfast and restaurant are yummy and convenient as there's not a lot of restaurants nearby

The beach was unfortunately a bit dirty (plastics nesr to the shore). As is the private beach maybe is possible for the hotel to clean up a bit

The room was large with kitchen, bedroom, dinning room and big wc. Food for breakfast is ok.

It's claimed suites with seaview but the view is very very limited, you can see the sea only through the window in the bedroom but the villas in front cover most of the view. The resort is quite small, no playground for kids. The facilities are all old and quite dirty, many dust and rubbish everwhere. The hygiene and cleanliness in the room are too lower than 4-star resort quality. We received the room with the floor full of dust, not cleaned yet. How surprised it was? The staff was not that friendly and professional, especially room cleaners. They clean the room quite carelessly and didn't even answer your questions by words although I'm Vietnamese and asked them in Vietnamese. They took over few used bath towels but not added the new ones. Shampoo, conditioner and bath gel were not refilled. They cleaned the floor carelessly and I had to request them to reclean some more places on the floor, they just did it quickly without saying sorry or something else. I asked the cleaner which towel is for foot to put just outside the wc, she only pointed it, the one that she just added at the second day of my stay, not from the first day when we received our room. Very unprofessional. The bed is old, making so much big noise whenever you turn your body at night. The swimming pool was too dirty without no one collecting rubbish and sand for many days. The water smells full of chloride just like public cheap swimming pool. The beach is not private, many people outside coming too. The price that I paid according to booking was already included for my kids but at first the receptionist asked me to pay extra fee for breakfast of my son. The issue was resolved only after I contacted booking assistant staff. The resort staff even didn't reply my questions on booking aps about fee for extra bed which I sent them days before my arrival. I had to call them before I arrived and asked, and they said they just simply missed my request.
