El jacuzzi y todo en general
El mal servicio que tiene el restaurante el patio no se preocupaban por atender a las personas que están en la alberca o jacuzzi y cuando vas desayunar te hacen esperar demasiado tiempo para entrar y para tomar la orden y el personal muy prepotentes en general el servicio del restaurante malísimo

La ubicación
El elevador estaba Fatal, me toco el 7mo piso. Se subia con temblores de 3 a 4 grados, conforme subía aumentaban los grados..... ya en el 5 piso en adelante, temblaba como 6 a 7 grados, horrible!!!! con un miedo de pensar que se pudiera caer

Location and parking were good
Music was super loud all night. There is no air circulation so rooms are very hot. Room was not clean, floor was dirty and sticky. Maid came up to mop the spot but it was still sticky. No way this is a 7.0 rating.

Absolutely nothing this time
I normally stay here always clean rooms fast and easy check in and out but this time rooms we're dirty stains and hairs on the blankets bathroom looked dirty, we also always get free breakfast this we we're not given absolutely nothing besides the fact that we had the longest check in process ever i will definitely not be staying here again
