The room wasn't clean Lots of hair on the bed The breakfast was not good and the service bad

We liked it a lot the staff was very helpful.. They have water sports and 3 swimming pools 1 with a bar and music, 1 relaxing pool and 1 indoor. They have games that cost money like 3 dollars for 20 minutes. In addition they made us a honeymoon decoration. It was really worth the money staying there!

Before you check in, they took our bags for an X-ray check like in the airport with no explanation. Moreover, with no sense of safty alert, my kids were going to enter his hand inside the x-ray with no reaction from the security who was sitting on his chair. The room was clean, but I booked a room with two beds for the kids as a family room, but I received two small moving, noisy, uncomfortable beds. When I checked out, I paid for my dinner, and the front desk guy kept asking me to wait a little bit because they needed to check if am saying the truth that I didn't used the bar, he claimed that we want to check that you didn't forget anything inside the room, after waiting 15 minutes at the front desk, and still no answer from the housekeeping I get angry and left. Very bad experience..... even one of the badest experiences ever.

The staff were amazing. Very attentive and eager to help. We felt seen and taken care of. We had a family room that was very spacious and comfortable. The pools were great.

The food can be much better.

LOW PRICE HIGH SERVICE, in the taba region it is the best hotel

It"s our 13th+ time there, all things are perfect.

The beach is great, the pool is fun and there is a lot of space outside to chill. We liked the vibes and the staff was great.

Food has a lot of room for improvement. We had breakfast that was rich with options but not so great in taste and room service that was not good.

Staff were so nice!! The hotel was a quick walk from the boarder. The rooms were very big and spacious. We booked a boat trip to an island and enjoyed every second, amazing!!!

i have a lot of memories at this property and they keep it will maintained, the pool , the beach , the view and the moat important thing is the staff specially hadeer from the front desk she’s superb she really made our stay unforgettable and been doing this for years and mr Aiman from the main restaurant is a great man

I was receiving once a day a call into my room for no reason just a checkup if everything is okay it was happening on the time when I wanted to get rest and not bothered because I came to relax

All was OK. Only thing I didn't like was the cumbersome entry through the border with all official staff asking for tips
