Basic, clean lodging with everything in new condition. Staff was very friendly, although only available onsite in the morning. You check in at an automat at the front door. Checking in was simple. I had a question at check in because we had a guest who uses a wheelchair. I called the phone number at the door and a very friendly lady helped me with my question. Breakfast was good. I would definitely stay again.

I had work at Harman Becker. It was really close to the office.
Everything else. No breakfast on Monday mornings. Just a coupon for pretzel and coffee. No food options on Sunday night. No restaurants. Just an ARAL petrol place to get some chips or cold sandwich.
Terrible staff. Very less options for breakfast.
Eventually cancelled my booking and moved to a hotel in Karlsruhe with access to city centre and more options.

clean and comfortable
when we arrived infront of hotel around 6pm but nobody there. only heck in system working
it need password or pin number but hotel did t gave me any massage so can t enter
in the hotel around 1 hour. I call to hotel after hotel crew gave me password
it s big problem. i asked other guest they said same problem
also hotel crew did t gave me wifi password anywhere nothing information
it basic service in hotel but they are bad service

Nice big room. Comfortable bed and great water pressure in the shower. Easy self check-in. Lovely staff. Access to coffee and tea making much appreciated. Great value for money.
It would have been nice to have a small fridge of some sort and access to wine/beer glasses, but it is budget accommodation.

Air conditioning not working (on/off button not working and nearby button missing) so being constarined to sleep with the window open and hear other guests speaking loud on the terrace.
No person at the frontdesk to speak to (just an emergency number) about the broken AC remote control.
Doubts about the cleanliness (unidentifiable leftovers in the shower and under the wc).
Small bathroom.
Hard beds and chokingly soft pillows.

The best stuff yoy will meet in any hotel, so helpful and nice. Breakfast is very nice .

Hotel is in a quiet area. We went by car but I saw tram or bus stop nearby. It didnt have staffs around in the weekend when we arrived but we didnt have any problem with that. Room size is spacious for 2 plus a dog. The room comes with an AC which is a bonus as we stayed during August.

Bathroom was a good size.
Staff were really friendly and even though there was no one around the clock they responded pretty quickly to messages on booking.com.
Ease of check in by yourself as well as check out.
Quiet most of the time.
Lovely bakery around the corner with copuons from the hotel.
Grocery shopping is also around the corner.
Vending machine is available in the main hall of the hotel.
The hotel offered coffee capsules to make your coffee in the main hall.
Good internet connection.
No reception staff around the clock.
Room cleaning is not everyday.
AC was loud.
TV was tiny.
Floors were cold with one round carpet in the middle.
Pillows were uncomfortable and bed covers were too small.
