Good location, close to main station/bus/taxi and also to a very good restaurant, same name, where localss are having breakfast/lunch. Room very clean/silence! Antonio and the other person (morning shift) very welcoming/helpful!

location!!! great if you arrive late from train, you literally don’t leave the station and you are in your room!

Lovely receptionists. The place is squeaky clean within walking distance of the city centre. The food in the restaurant is really good and great value

The walls were a bit thin. You could hear the people in the next room

Room was modern, and very clean. Aircon worked well. The front desk was attended by staff full time which is good because I hate calling a phone number to get someone to come down.

View of the trains. I think I would rather have had a view of the castle on the other side if possible. Otherwise no complaints. The staff at the restaurant does not understand basic communication skills so it made difficult to order food and I had to go elsewhere.

Good basic hotel with secure parking. Very helpful staff and near to station bar for breakfast and all day Menu del Dia for 10€

The hotel was busy with a large group of cyclists who were noisy and inconsiderate. Despite being non-smoking there was a strong smell of cigarette and cigar smoke in the corridor.

Staff, location, free parking, general ambience of the place.

Loved the fact that it was literally next to the station so if you have a lot of luggage and arrive late just before the curfew it’s great.

There was a terrible stench of the drains in the room where I spent the second night

Were given room we requested, which was great. Staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Excellent location for general getting about and so helpful to have parking included.

Woukd be nice to have some English speaking television!
