Great location, super comfortable bed, friendly staff. Very quaint. Felt like you were stepping back in time. Loved the old fashioned door key

The lighting in the room was not great. Flourescent. And the bathroom was very basic.

The hotel is in a perfect location. The staff is super nice, so we really enjojed our stay. Our apertement was really huge.

Ther is an elevator in the house where the apartment is, which was really needed for the baby cart, as the corridors are really narrow, but the elevator was not moving, when people left the internal door open.

I liked that it was a family run business and that they were warm and friendly people. Having the bar right in the hotel is a nice feature since breakfast isn’t included, but this could be presented differently. The room was warm and the heating good. The WiFi was efficient and the TV good.

Basically for January-low season I found this room very over-priced. The room we were in was not represented in any of the nicer photos featured on the Booking platform. The room was much smaller than expected and the furnishings were almost all from IKEA, which is fine but in this beautiful central historical setting in the region of Veneto, famous for its antiques and furniture making, why? The bed had a very inexpensive cover and no blanket. The bathroom was more disappointing because it was very small, no bidet, no window. The bathroom walls and flooring were randomly decorated with multiple tiles and had no aesthetic sense. The plastic flowers need to be removed. I think that this hotel has a lot of potential to be really nice but needs some professional help from a design consultant.

Not a great variety for breakfast

Excellent location and easy walk to the piazzas and great restaurants. Light breakfast included in price. Staff very helpful and friendly and we could get by with some English.

The small single room is very small. The bathroom is very compact and needs some regrouting done. Noise from other rooms is easy to hear.

The hotel was well positioned.

Rooms were small and bathroom tiny with mould in the shower. Beds were hard, pillows harder. No hot food at breakfast and only one type of ham & cheese. Rolls and pastries had seen better days.

everything was perfect, center of town, clean, staff were great, parking in near.

Not object but town, be sure to buy stuffs for night ( snacks, drinks etc) because nothing works late night

The location of the hotel couldn't be better as it is right in the center of the old town, within 5 minutes of walk to Ponte Vecchio. The hotel staffs have been helpful and the breakfast is delicious.

This is a nice little hotel in a very good location in Bassano del Grappa. When arriving at the property, we left the car in front of the building to unload and check in. Afterwards, the hotel directed us to a free parking lot nearby. Our room was on a third floor of a nice old building near the castle tower. Unfortunately there was no lift, but we managed quite fine. A room was on the small side, but since the hotel is in the old medieval city, we can't complain. The bathroom was small, but had everything we needed. It was a perfect location to explore the city centre, so all good.

As said before, no lift, and the stairway is quite narrow. Breakfast was unfortunately pretty basic, would love more options, but this is Italy where a definition of a breakfast is a brioche with coffee, so not too bad. Parking was some walking away.

Location and staff were great. The room was clean.

Hard flat pillows felt like a brick under my head; bathroom was cramped with a vey small shower & a stool to place toiletries; water rushing down in wall behind bed when other guests flushed toilets.. all that with the street noise made that one of the worse sleeps ever.

The location is exquisit. You're at the edge of the very centre. So everything is closeby but not in the hustle an bustle. The breaksfast is very nice, the staff is very helpful. Would always advise to book. Parking is arranged by the hotel as well.
