Very great location. Great place for first or last night in town. Hot water was excellent.

No cups in room or downstairs. I Needed to take my pills. Found empty pizza box under bed.

Loved the old style of the hotel. Amparo was a lovely lady who helped us when we couldn't stay there.

Booked on Booking, arrived at the hotel and confronted trouble. Apparently the person in our room hadn't left and so we didn't have a room. Quite annoying but the lady working helped us find another hotel- just disappointing on Ayenda's behalf but what can you do.

This is a great place to stay. Super convenient location, close to restaurant, supermarket, shopping and the main road. I will return the next time I am in town. They also have a great little court yard for sitting or enjoying your breakfast or coffee.

Facilities are a bit small. Reception is only open until 8pm.

I booked in advance and spoke with one of the staff members, explaining that my flight would be arriving to Medellín late at night. She said she would leave a note at the front desk to expect me between 11 pm and midnight. I got there at 11:50 pm, rang the doorbell, and eventually a guest opened the door. he was waiting on some friends and told me the receptionist has left around 8 pm and there was no one there to get me checked in or give me a key. I had no access to a room. I called and sent them WhatsApp messages with no reply. Luckily I had a friend staying at another hotel and managed them to share a room there. this hotel messaged me back until 3 am and didn’t even apologize, just asked how they could help. worst experience ever!

The hotel is well located, but the room was disappointing as it was not clean and quite loud. The breakfast was bad as the quality of the products were poor. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this option.

Our room was inside the building with three windows to the hallway. One was very high up with no glass (basically a hole in the wall) and couldn't be closed so you heard every little sound from the hallway/ entrance area and light came in whenever somebody turned on the light in the hallway. This woke us up several times at night.

decent location - near a metro stop, not far to walk from el poblado, comfortable room, good hot water in shower, the staff are very accommodating

no AC but they had a fan which wasn’t too bad, the shower head wasn’t very good, the front desk isn’t 24 hours

Location was good, it was a quick Uber/taxi ride from most places. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and patient with my lack of Spanish. I would stay again.

I didn't rate with 10 because I'm sure they can improve with facilities, maybe the place could be more cozy and also offering breakfast which is very important sometimes, even if they have to charge a bit more .

No AC, No food service, No Parking, Not alot of staff on premises to ask for anything.

It’s a cozy, charming, authentic place in an excellent location. Very good value.

I would have liked access to the garden sitting area. Breakfast would have been a bonus.
