The location is very close to cycle routes on the west coast. The staff stored my key to my room in a locked box because I arrived after check -in time. The staff were very kind. Kitchen facilities were excellent. The shared bathrooms had nice hot showers. The rooms were big and the beds were comfy. The hostel has very stylish decor !

The place did not meet our expectations based on the photos, description and price.

The place is old and very run down. The owners clearly don’t like to spend money on keeping the place nice and clean. Everything is arranged for the benefit of the owners and not the guests. Total lack of value for money!

Very clean and organised! Great staff and great surroundings.

Missed a few items at breakfast, like boiled or scrambled eggs. Otherwise great breakfast!

our host Stefan has been very present and helpful for Checkin as well as during our stay on Jornstorp. the house and the surrounding garden has a very cosy charme, so we could enjoy the evening with sunset. recommendation absolutely!! Wolfgang

Great kitchen

Clean, simple and with a well functioning kitchen and common room

We made a search on booking for properties accepting pets since we are traveling with our 6 months old dog. When we arrived we couldn’t even bring her inside for checking in, instead we we told to drive to the other entrance. We were told that she could only be in our room - not in kitchen or common room. We were even handed out a fence to prevent her from leaving the room. Bottom line is that we didn’t feel that our dog was welcome at the place at all. We only saw the staff at check in. On the English part of website for the property it says that there are a canoe rental at the place. This was part of the reason that we booked this place. We learned that it was closed years ago...
