I love the location, it was quiet and tranquil area with five minutes walk to the beach. The room and common room were clean and tidy, and also comfortable, I love the bathroom and breakfast area with balcony. The guest relation and manager, Pak Joni and Bu Made were exceptional at their service and very helpful and friendly. It was great value.

This is not directly related to the hotel, but the outside area especially the street to the beach was quiet dark at night. It would be nice if they do something about it.

The staff were helpful and pleasant. The environment was generally nice. The room is equipped with water dispenser, small kitchenette and a large sized toilet. The room size was decent for the price with an outdoor sitting space.

We noticed that the bathrobes and the towels had stains on them. While the amenities in the room were sufficient, they appear to be a little used. Unfortunately many obvious signs of wear and tear like the tiles, sink, etc.

Spacious, quiet, hidden away from the hustle and bustle and yet very strategically located. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. The studio has a water dispenser, fully equipped kitchen and large bathroom. They also gave me a small tart as a birthday surprise. Highly highly recommended.

Hot shower was lack luster, sewage smell emitting from the bathroom drain (solved by turning off the ventilation fan)

Four stars for this hotel is too much, it does not deserve that. Not working hair dryer, not working iron, everything is too old and not clean at all.

Good location, great café just next to the acommodation. Good massage in acommodation. Pool is just perfect, and very clean. Staff is very nice, always smiling and helpful.

It would be good to have night stands in the room instead of lamps, it's not convenient to put mobile phone on the floor next to bed.

I have visited Rama Residence in March and it was fascinating! Service from the team was on top! And I highly appreciate that Tegun timely replied to my questions and assisted with all my requests. Room was nice and clean. I really enjoyed the terrace next to the room. Pool was always clean and never crowded which was perfect to me. And I highly recommend to try body massage at the local spa, it was really good. With regards to the location, the hotel is surrounded by amazing restaurants in busy area of Seminyak, but it was still quite at the territory of the hotel, street noise did not disturb me at all. The hotel is also located close to the popular beach and night clubs, it is perfect for those who are interested in partying.

Pool, Gym and the Spa. Rooms were lovely and cool.

We were the furthest away from the pool, although we asked to be move due to me being elderly and found walking difficult and my grandson having a disability. Was told that they would see what they could do but they never got back to us.

This is definitely of of best places I have stayed in Bali. Main pros are 1) Staff - they are so kind, loving and genuine. I was happy to see them each time. 2) Room - its way more species than looks in images. You got everything you might need there fore long term living 3) Bed - honestly best mattress that I have ever slept on 4) Cleanest and warmest pool in Bali

The gym was a bonus and was so reasonably priced The staff so polite kind helpful and couldn't do enough for us .

Rama residence petitenget is really awesome, I have wonderful stay at there, the staff is really nice and helpful, the room are spacious, the location is strategic, once you go to the inside, the ambience are so peacefull, free from the outside noise. You must go here, it's recommended for your vacation. Keep it great Rama residence petitenget. 👍👍
