Habitación renovada y colchón muy cómodo. Tener restaurante en el hotel es un plus.

Entraba algo de aire y ruido por la ventana, pero como hacía bueno era soportable.

Super limpio todo, amabilidad y disposición del personal, comodidad de la habitación, en especial de la cama, con funda nórdica y muy suave. Aparcamiento en la puerta, que aunque había pocas plazas, nosotros no tuvimos problema, y en cualquier caso, en las inmediaciones había mucho donde elegir de forma gratuita también. Buena ubicación (a pocos minutos en coche del centro de Valladolid). Zona muy tranquila, además de “vecinos” de las habitaciones contiguas silenciosos. Como reservamos la habitación con mucho tiempo de antelación, el precio que pagamos fue bastante menos que el habitual. Me gustó incluso que no te pusiesen las típicas botellitas o sobres de gel y champú malos que yo nunca uso (me traigo de casa mis productos). Había dos dispensadores grandes con un jabón estupendo y que olía fenomenal, así que es el que usé para el cuerpo y la cara. Hay opiniones sobre que sólo te dejan dos toallas grandes y que si necesitas más las pides, pues también me parece bien, si sólo vas a usar una, para qué tener dos; debemos cuidar el medioambiente, y si necesitas más, pues las pides y no pasa nada. Por poner un “pero”, aunque hay posibilidad de desayuno, se paga aparte y son algo más de 9€, que aunque es tipo buffet, me parece caro. No puedo opinar nada más porque nosotros no usamos el servicio.

Location was ideal and permitted easy access, and the ability to continue our journey promptly the following morning. This was a stage in a longer vacation travel. Restaurant served very good food and was very helpful. Room was comfortable and cool!

Car spaces too tight which caused someone to open their door and dent my door also not enough spaces for the size of the hotel.

Restaurant food isn't that great, but it's the only place close by. Located on the outskirts of town. Parking is an initial issue of where to park.

Staff at check in were very helpful. Payment on entry not on check out Staff at restaurant were helpful and efficient. Room was clean and very good for the price. Walk in shower unlike modt hotels that had a shower in the bath.Dinner was great. Menus is English too without having to ask. Check out was fast and easy. It's a pay as you go hotel, so we paid for the dinner after we ate and the same at breakfast.

Area is industrial. Look at Google maps. Can be a bit noisy at times. Parking in front of the hotel is limited but there is parking at the rear which I didn't feel safe to use.

location, parking, great facilities in the en suite for a disabled traveler, but best of all were the staff.

We requested a quiet room......they put us in a room above the kitchen, which was extremely noisy until late in the night.
