L'hôtel est propre et bien situé, l'équipe est agréable.

Nous avions réservé une chambre avec une belle salle de bain et un balcon et ce n'est pas du tout ce que nous avons eu. La chambre que nous avions eu été bien mais ce n'était pas du tout ce qu'on avait réservé. L'hôtel nous a donné comme excuse que nous avions réservé trop tard sur Booking mais je ne suis pas d'accord. Si ce n'est pas disponible alors il faut prévenir le client.

Lovely hotel with genuine history. The room, with a sea view, was absolutely perfect. The guest terrace is delightful.

In every hotel I have stayed it has never been a problem leaving bags with reception after checking out until, for example, one's train (or bus) leaves. When we asked to do this and tried to explain that were not comfortable with their being left by an open main door and asked instead they be put in a room, this was done grudgingly in a way that bordered on being rude. I speak Italian, I know Liguria very well and was making every effort to be gracious in saying we couldn't risk our modest sized bags being on view in such a way. Never has this been a problem elsewhere. We loved the hotel and would dearly like to come again, but please would you consider putting aside a room for this purpose?

The location is amazing, and our balcony view was perfect. It's a walkable town from the hotel, so it's in a good spot in relation to everything else. Breakfast options were wonderful, except you had to wait for someone to take your coffee order. If you don't go to breakfast, there's no way to have coffee.

The hotel was listed as having A/C, which was one of the reasons I chose this property. Technically it has A/C, but it won't turn on until summer. When you have a random few days of warm weather in spring, it makes sleeping difficult. Another downfall is the hotel's proximity to the noisy train at all hours of the night. Our shower was super small too, there was no way I could shave my legs in it. There weren't any amenities to be able to make coffee, so if you need coffee at all times don't stay here.

central seafront location with many bars and restaurants nearby. The staff were all excellent.

our first night was marred by a party downstairs in the restaurant with very loud music. We complained and the staff handled this very well.
