Nothing much. Don’t recommend it.

The first room’s aircon was noisy, so we requested to change to the other room. The hotel staff helped us arranged another room but didn’t tell us there was renovation under going from 7.30 am to 5.30 pm! It’s super super noisy and the sound just made my child cried. I will never ever come back to the hotel and don’t recommend anyone to stay here. The staff was not honest enough to inform us about the renovation fact.

Got woken up by construction at 7 am in the room above mine and next to mine. Was not informed that there would be construction going on. Aircon was broken when I first got there. When I went to check out was told. “Oh you should have been informed of the construction when you booked and when you checked in.” Didn’t enjoy my stay at all

The staff went extra mile and offered us a more spacious room so that it could comfortably fit our family. The bed was firm and the room was large enough for the kids to run around! The hotel is located at the edge of the CBD and it was super easy to either walk into the city or catch a free bus to commute into the city. The staff made us felt very welcomed and were always ready to assist us with our questions and requests.

Nothing ready. With the money we paid and the services and room offered, it was a very pleasant stay. We didn’t try the breakfast but will consider it in our next stay.

Location and cleanliness

It was disturbing at the night guests shouting in the passage in mid night.

The club suite we had was lovely, and the club lounge food in the evening was great. Good choice, plenty of it. It was good to see proper toiletries in the room, not like a lot of the hotels where they use refillable bottles.

Loved the beautiful views and newly renovated rooms. Pool was great and the staff were so helpful. Special thanks to Maarje who went above and beyond to make our stay special! We are extremely grateful to Pan Pacific for the fabulous accommodation.

Staff overall were excellent, especially the Club Lounge team working Thursday and Friday nights. Also Mina from the front desk was excellent. Room was great, bed excellent and food on offer at breakfast also very good.

The pool area needs a lot of work to make it an enjoyable space. The infrastructure in the area is in need of repair and I noticed electrical wiring near the pool steps which, whilst may be perfectly safe, does not look good at all and it only takes a small child to notice it and play with it before it becomes a major safety hazard. Additionally, for the price paid, barista made coffee should not be at additional cost at breakfast, especially when the quality of the coffee from the machines is at best average.

Clean and tidy soft bed and pillows good internet and entertainment on TV.

Small problem with the plumbing in my room obviously one of the rooms that hadn’t been updated yet.

Check in was delayed and thr chsp didn't seem that interested. Also pool was closed and nit notified about it when we checked in.

Poor customer service when calling to see if room was ready. Very dated and old hotel. Stains in bath.

A little far out, 20 minute walk into the cbd Main shower head didn’t work After putting dinner on our room, the hotel took the money before the end of our stay instead of being able to settle on check out.
