L’emplacement, proche du port.
La chambre petite, les communs vétustes, donnant directement sur l’extérieur, le jaccuzi ( qui est une option payante) nous a paru mal entretenu, du coup nous ne l’avons pas utilisé.

Nous nous sommes fait réveillé à 6h du matin par une bande de personnes irrespectueuse qui se croyait seules dans l’hôtel ! Du tapage !!!! Nous étions venu pour nous reposer et au final nous sommes partis à 7h !!

Chambre avec fenêtre grande ouverte, quelqu'un venait de fumer dans la chambre, puis a éteint sa cigarette dans le lavabo de la salle de bain, puis a utilisé une serviette. Pas de rideau de douche, poussière sur les meubles, meuble TV endommagé. Le réceptionniste du matin suite à mes récriminations m'a indiqué que la chambre servait parfois à la journée ( hôtel de passes). Cet établissement ne mérite ni ses étoiles ni de paraître sur Booking.com. Je n'ai pas eu le temps de lire les avis sur Google qui sont alarmants sur cet hôtel, cela m'aurait éviter de passer une mauvaise nuit pour un tarif inacceptable. Honteux.

It was an ordinary small hotel room
The room was really small, it was hard to move when it’s 2 people in the room, it was not so close to the beach and to other restaurants and to the city center

no one at reception to check out. had to leave the key under a flower pot. nobody answered the so called 24 hr phone number.

It was a safe environment and the room looked pretty nice.
I was travelling solo, so wifi would have been very important for me to have to book my next stays etc. However, the wifi didn't work, which did not seem to be a surprise to the not so helpful people at the reception. The hotel markets a lot of things that are in the end not working or non existent. There was nothing in the minibar and the vending machine didn't work either, so I couldn't even get something to drink. The people at the reception only speak French, so be careful if you're unsure with that. The walls are very thin, so you can hear people in the next rooms talk very loudly.

We had a booking confirmation at late evening, but after arrival to the hotel were rejected : "our hotel is fully booked :)"
We were suggested just try to call Ibis hotel...

Very Very Welcome Reception and Owner )))open and ready to help, maybe jacuzzi was good but I wasn’t try as it was smell chlorine (( , help Ukrainians and let stay for free ❤️
Old dirty no sounds isolation , sounds of canalizations and smell , chlorine smell -scares me a lot 🙄😱

Well placed for the harbour and beaches. Good Vietnames Restaurant close by. Staff extremely welcoming and helpful.
Excellent private parking directly in front of the hotel. Spotlessly clean room and they have a lift.

The location of the hotel was great, right near the port and restaurants, also a walking distance from the Old Town. The check in was smooth and the receptionist very welcoming. We didn't opt for the breakfast (as I have to eat gluten free) but it was available. The room was plenty big enough and we had a balcony overlooking gardens.
We bought a bottle of wine and yoghurt to put in the fridge to keep cool, but unfortunately the fridge did not work so the wine stayed warm and we didn't get to drink it on the balcony.

It was a great location with friendly staff. Only issue was the rooms were a little small and struggled with opening luggage. A few maintenance issues with stiff patio door, loose door handle, lamp didn’t work. Overall it was fine and reasonable for the money. Due to the location and parking we would stay there again.
