Everything :-)
We arrived 2 hours early and were allowed to check-in early.
Our room was beautiful and the staff were lovely.
We had dinner at the bar, and breaksfast the next morning which were both fabulous.
Overall a wonderful experience and we would definetly reccomend and come back.

Staff were incredibly caring and helpful. Definitely the standout feature of our stay. We were thoroughly impressed by their friendliness and eagerness to assist us with anything we needed.
Granted it's likely that the cost was mostly relative to the the time of year we stayed (Christmas-New Years), in comparison to anywhere else i've ever stayed the accommodation was considerably overpriced for its size and quality.

It offers very nice feeling when driving in and out as being located in a beautiful golf course.
The one-bedroom suite was very tired which needs better maintenance - mould in shower, stains in carpet, fly screen couldn't be shut properly, missing clothes hangers, no shelves in the closet. The desk chair is too high for the desk which hurt my knees when sat on it.

We were pleasantly surprised with this place. We chose it for the proximity to the hot springs which we realised were just on the other side of the golf course. The complimentary room upgrade was unexpected and really appreciated for our spontaneous girls' weekend. The room and its facilities were impressive and clean and the outdoor shower felt quite luxurious. Both reception staff we dealt with were really lovely and welcoming. Definitely will make this my go to place in the future.
We did have trouble getting reception for the Wi-Fi but the TV worked really well for streaming and we had our own mobile data so it wasn't a huge issue for a one night stay.

but it was austere & felt cold and stark. No comfy chair or fire which would have made a massive difference

nice room & good location.
At 7am a plumber tradie starts banging & hammering for Approx 1hr non stop. Wakes us up to the point we can’t go back to sleep. Mgmt & staff should know this is not ok when guests are paying hundreds of dollars for a night’s accommodation.

The view was nice.
When we got to the apartment, we could hardly breathe because the whole apartment was so hot all the windows were opened to let the hot sun in.
There was mold in the bathroom titles, the front door lock wasn’t secured properly (keeps falling off) and the glass table below the TV was not secured properly( without touching it, it would drop).

it was perfect location to beach and hot springs. staff were super friendly and facilities/rooms clean, beds comfy.
the rooms are dated, esp bathrooms and spiderwebs very thick and in excess on balcony furniture.

Gorgeous room, amazing view. Breakfast was delicious, very welcoming staff and just overall superb place to stay!

Can't say I had a great view, ground floor room looking at partly green grass and a few bushes. Door to the outside sitting area was very hard to open

Due for upgrade, e.g. springy bed and flat pillows. Room not equipped with enough crockeries and cutleries.
