The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The room smelled like stale smoke, and the floors seemed a little bit grungy. The location wasn't ideal either, except that it was walking distance to the Old Town.

Close to the city center, clean room, fine breakfast, fits good for working in the room (it has a desk and a chair). Restaurant in the ground floor with quite low prices.

Room is not spacious, but it’s not a problem for this price.

Location is beside the train station. The price is reasonable.

No air-conditioning even though it was advertised that there is. We asked and they said as the weather is cold outside (in the 80s), no AC. We have no choice but to open the window, which makes it so noisy as the hotel is beside a train station and is near a major road. You have choose between being too noisy or too hot and no ventilation. The beds are hard, if you stay more than 2 nights, you'll have back pains. There are no wifi signal in the room. I had to go to the "business area" to do so work. This is an open area near a busy restaurant and a crowded and loud hotel lobby. You cannot do work on this hotel. Some of the staff are great, some are just rude. I once had to go to the breakfast area for 5 mins for a meeting (as I needed a less noisy space). and one lady keeps bothering me when I have mentioned to her multiple times that I am on a meeting and only needed 5 mins. For context- I'm working remotely while travelling for over 2 years now (not a blogger) and this is one of the worst hotel I stayed at. Will I stay again, absolutely NOT. Will I recommend this place - NO.

The breakfast was okay, we paid an extra fee of 4.90 per person. The staff was helpful and correct.

There is no parking nearby the hotel. There is indeed a giant space in which is forbidden to park. The place of the parking of the hotel was unclear, but definitely far away.

Comfortable room. Location, next to the train station, close to the old town

Nothing which would have me let sleepless, but brown walls and ceiling with blue plastic floor, as the corridor to the rooms is designed, may not be a consensual design for a hotel.
