Hotel agradable, familiar, tranquilo. Bueno para descansar,acceso directo a la playa. Desayuno aceptable como els comun en Colombia. El personal muy colaborador.

El wifi no funciona. Nos tocó en el piso 19 y el ascensor llega al 17.

Las ventanas no funcionaban tan bien y estaba poco selladas

El poder disfrutar de la playa sin tener que necesariamente usar la arena y las sombrillas que se rentan y quedar a molestia permanente de los vendedores.. uno puede bañarse en el mar y luego volver a las instalaciones del hotel en la piscina privado..

El restaurant poca variedad para comidas… a piscina le falta sombra

La atención del personal fue lo más chevere, todos son amables, pendientes de cualquier cosa que uno necesite. Felicitaciones al servicio de aseo en el cuarto y al mantenimiento del hotel por mantener en buen estado todo. Igualmente tener acceso directo a la playa es una maravilla, así como la variedad del buffet en el desayuno.

No hay caneca en el cuarto, la puerta de la ducha no cerraba, una de las lámparas del cuarto no prendía, la habitación se veía vieja La señora del masaje poco amable, mi hija se iba a hacer y la respuesta fue ya casi me voy

Staff was OUTSTANDING! They were kind, professional and paid a lot of attention to detail. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location was AMAZING! Great view. The two bedroom suite was HUGE and more than enough room to accomodate our large family.

Customer service is fantastic! The hotel staff are very attentive and will help you as best as they can. The breakfast was delicious with the buffet and custom made omelet. The beachfront location of the hotel made swimming in the ocean very easy. We were able to surf and jetski. I'm happy we stayed here because the main areas of the city were very loud and busy. The taxi costs about 10,000 COP - 20,000 COP ($2.46-$4.92 USD) per one-way trip to Centro or Getsemani which is pretty affordable and accessible since there are taxis everywhere.

The hotel upgraded us to the master suite which was had the best view and a large amount of space provided, however the room was outdated. Also there is construction being done in the hotel lobby so it gave off a wet mop scent which bothered me but didn't bother my partner.
