bathroom was filthy. Dorthy finger marks on the bathroom door. shower floor dirty. under the sink dirty.

The room had been recently redecorated and was very smart. The bed was very comfortable and the sound proofing excellent

The drain in the shower did not work properly resulting in water all over floor. Also the booking in procedure, to call before with time of arrival, should be more clearly written on the booking in page.

Confortable bed and silent rooms

The reception was via phone (nobody was at the hotel when we arrived due to the hour) and hey could not speak english so it was very difficult to understand how to check in

convenient location just off the motorway. value for money. very comfortable large bed.

when we arrived at 14.30 pm reception closed, rang phone no and was given access code an room number. bar/reception shut till 7pm for dinner, rushed our evening meal because reception and bar shut at 8 pm. not ideal sitting in our room from 2.30 pm to 7 pm.

Our room was newly renovated. The bed and linens were clean, new and very comfortable. The bathroom was industrial, but clean. The breakfast was OK. Coffee machine coffee, fruit, cereal and packaged pastries. Fresh squeezed orange juice was nice.

The common areas were really dreadful and sad. The bathroom in the lobby was in terrible disrepair and had not been cleaned in a long time. We were coming from a fair distance away, and arrived about 20 minutes earlier than the stated check-in time (hard to judge). Instead of killing time in Pamiers, we decided to see if our room was ready so we could unwind a bit and get ready for a wedding we were attending that afternoon. Owner checked us in, but did not make us feel very welcome - seemed pretty put off that we showed up early. Also, I got up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and was really startled by the amount of light coming through the space in the door jamb - I honestly thought someone had come in and left the door open. Soap and soap dispensers in bathroom are gas station quality.
