Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage, sehr kompetentes Personal und ein tolles Frühstücksbüffet.

Die Lage und die Ruhe in der Nacht.
Das Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss war zu heiss, die Fenstertür konnte man nicht öffnen, da das Zimmer direkt auf den Feuerwehrhof ging, auf dem sich Menschen bewegten.
Wir buchten unter anderem, weil in der Beschreibung stand, Parkplätze seien vorhanden, was dann nicht mehr der Fall war. Uns wurden 2 Parkhäüser in der Nähe empfohlen. Diese waren aber beide besetzt. Wir haben erst im vierten Parkhaus noch einen Platz gefunden. Gehdistanz zum Hotel 20 Minuten. Kosten für 36 Stunden 42 Euro.

Top Lage für Sightseeing in der Stadt und Ausflüge. Die Zimmer und besonders das Bad sind großzügig gestaltet. Das Housekeeping arbeitet sehr gut. Moderne Einrichtung und komfortable Betten. Die Zimmer mit Seeblick auf den Strelasund sind den Mehrpreis wert.
Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Die kleinen Sessel sind eher Dekoration als Sitzmöbel, nur zum kurzen hinsetzen geeignet. Fernsehen ist daher nur vom Bett aus möglich.
Die Auswahl der Bilder auf den Fluren ist "sehr speziell", wenig geeignet die Urlaubsstimmung zu heben. Das könnte man besser machen.

Nice hotel, close to the waterfront, good breakfast. Walking distance to everything in the town. Great place to start from when discovering Rügen and its surroundings.
Minus - we lived in the Annex, across the street from the hotel itself. But it was quiet and a bit from their restaurant, so perhaps a blessing in disguise.

Water view room. Very bright and airy. Free bottled water. Nice hotel bar and an attached bar/restaurant. This hotel is close to all the tourist attractions, yet it is still in a quiet place.
There is no on-site parking. You have to park at the public parking building. Not a big deal, 5 minute walk.

The breakfast and the location are excellent. The staff was friendly and courteous! All in all, I very much enjoyed my stay a lot and can recommend this hotel.
One of the windows was couldn't be shot tightly, so the wind could get through when blowing strongly outside at the very corner. But it wasn't a major problem for me.

I enjoyed staying in the hotel. Outstanding service, everyone was very friendly and professional. I liked the breakfast, the quality of food proves the 4 stars they have. I would also mark the quality of the bathroom separately.
The single room was a bit disappointing in terms of size (very tiny) but it was ok as I didn't spend much time there.
The small but important thing: almost no cosmetic stuff in the bathroom, just the very chip liquid soap. For 4 stars it's really strange. And the bath towels were very small although of good quality.
Very nice place to stay for 1-3 nights. Hope to come again when I am in Stralsund.

Beautiful hotel right on the harbor. Fantastic ocean view! Very clean with a great breakfast and great staff personnel! Very cozy bar lounge.
Parking is a little tight. But that is to be expected due to the hotel’s location right on the harbor.

The room was very comfortable and the quality of the sheets were great. The staff were also very friendly and arranged a sauna visit for me.
It was a bit expensive, however, we booked last minute on a busy weekend and so were happy to find a room that was available for two nights.

Staff was always very kind and helpful. The view from the room and the location are very nice.
Breakfast was good but too expensive for what it was. Wifi did not work on any of our devices and the technicians were not able to help us and some other travellers with that problem.
