The friendly staff and the breakfast
The bed was hard

Good breakfast buffet but a little confusing as you have to pay extra for coffee and eggs.

The swim up bar was a good feature very clean rooms and the food was excellent in the bar attached to the hotel beer was cold and the staff were excellent

The staff were very nice and welcoming.
The location was an issue for us. There was a bar right next door that played loud music. We couldn’t sleep until 12am because that’s when the music stopped. If we had known it was next to a pub we wouldn’t of booked this. It was noisy and loud everywhere. We requested to change rooms and the staff tried their best to accommodate and gave us a free upgrade.

Location excellent.
Pool bar staff need to be much more attentive to the customers at the bar. They took far too long to acknowledge them and take orders. Spent too much time staring at their work station. When they had trainees on at times their was no one supervising

The staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble for them. Especially Rama!
I stayed 4 weeks and wanted to extend and they wanted to charge more than the first 4 weeks. I have stayed here many times and thought I would have been offered a discount if anything. Lost my future bookings and lost my friends also.

great central location. great accommodation at a very good price. close to all restaurants, shops and attractions in central Kuta.
I wish the front pool bar near reception was open as the back pool bar was very busy!

Staff most of all ! they were all so friendly and helpful . Loved them all . Good pools and pool bar . The location was great for shops, restaurants and onsite tattoo studio. Breakfast changed daily and ok for money
Cleanliness , old grey towels & air-conditioning. The hallway walls need a good paint . The room service plates left outside for up to 2 plus days in some instances . Poolside toilets did not have any lights so you could not see a think once door shut even through the day

the vibe was fantastic! staff were so lovely, we were suppose to move to a different hotel and decided to cancel and stay at the Barong again.
it would be good if their menu specified Gluten Free options

very central location, lovely friendly efficient staff, great breakfast choices, nice big rooms, great air conditioning and fabulous pool.
rooms lack some storage if you’re there for more than a few days. time for some new white towels, while clean they are now a bit on the grey side.

Good accommodation right in the heart of busy Kuta. Clean secure rooms with lovely pool areas. The response to in-house facilities and maintenance issues was top knotch
