The room was nice and the pool was good.

The room didnt come with standard airconditioning and the deposit is yet to be released after 2 weeks for a 1 day stay.

it was small apartment but it was good for 2 adults and 1 kid. Very quiet and dog friendly. comfortable place. the area with swimming pools are very good!!!

The price was good and the facilities ok.

Hidden charges. This hotel wanted an extra £300 which was not listed clearly when booking. Tried to to contact the hotel and had no help from the staff. Could not get a refund off them regardless even though we didn’t even go there. Really disappointed and still chasing up on my money.

The food was good and the staff were really helpful

The beds were a bit hard and we didn't really get any bedding so only had a throw over blanket

Everyone there was very rude, not accommodating, the pool was not open only for one day!! They are not like advertised on website. The male receptionist is very very rude and judgemental, they won’t speak English only the lady, they did not help us with anything we had to buy bin bags toilet roll etc and clean the whole place before leaving, the jacuzzi was not a real jacuzzi.

It is a fantastic place to relax - not far from Bordeaux and other towns with amenities (supermarket...) while in a very quiet and peaceful place, with horses, a small lake, beautiful trees, a small river .... The owners are very friendly and welcoming. They have a cute spa facility where you can have various relaxing treatments done. It is a perfect place for couples as well as families with young children to enjoy a bit of countryside. Love it! Thank you

Swimming pool & playgrounds are excellent!

- Furniture / chair / table on the terrace were broken - WiFi basically non-existent: Slow to not usable. This is not an asset one should pay for. Also just 1 account/device per booking can be connected at the same time - hot water was not working during 25% of the time of our stay. Though we reported it in the morning to the staff, a solution was promised but never found until our departure - not even information on the progress/ current state of the problem. Having warm water on a trip with 1 child and a newborn is essential though for us. - curtains in the apartment smelled sincerely Bad and unclean

I like the quietness of this residence

A nightmate to get the instructions for the appartment key if you arrive late. Nearly slept outside only thank to a resident l finallly found the key - it was in a safe opened in the laundry! At the beginning the manager was blaming booking.com for not forwarding their emails properly and the next morning the managers yelled at me in front of other customers blaming me for not having seen the instructions on a piece of paper stuck at the window- which was a lie they was no instructions just 2 tel numbers for urgency but noone answered when l rang. It was my most terrible experience l had in 35 years of travelling !

The staff was very friendly and helpful ! swimming pool with the slide was so much fun, the food at the restaurant was really good : thumbs up for the vegetarian pizza! On Sunday morning we went for a walk until the lake, it was very nice :)
